Block construction management system bases on the field of block construction and logistics management system which is shipbuilding-oriented, belonging to the field of the computer integrated manufacturing system(CIMS), in the process of shipbuilding enterprise modernization, the dependence on CIMS is higher than before therefore. The research on the informatization of shipbuilding, has not only practical value, but also creates positive economic effect on shipbuilding enterprises.Block construction management system in shipbuilding is in charge of managing the process of block construction, which covers the process from component construction during construction to the period before assembly at dock and completes the information management, scheduling management and job assignment through the collaboration among multiple apartment. At last the system completes the block spatial scheduling at the logistics field. This process involves the construction model of block and corresponding scheduling, the spatial scheduling of construction field and logistics field. To make a reasonable allocation of construction field, logistics field and construction equipment becomes an important research issue.Aiming at solving the issues we mentioned, and according to the business requirement from a shipyard, this paper focuses on the period of block from manufacturing of component to the final assembly onboard dock of the block construction management system, and studies as a whole of the production site management and logistics site management and ship block construction management in a reasonable way, the production site outputs the result as a logistics results site input from the extent of data and business, The combination between the critical spatial scheduling algorithm and business process is considered meanwhile. The traditional research on the block spatial management ignores moving path of the block as well as the collision problem, thus often get a result of too idealistic model, which also lead that the business model cannot cope well with the actual operation, and this problem occurs frequently in practical manufacture process of block.The main research work of the thesis are the following:(1) The framework of block construction management systemThe framework of construction management system aims at building a management system connecting the construction scheduling with spatial scheduling effectively. Meanwhile, the framework involves with the business process management among block construction. This paper merges the lifecycle of block management cycle with the operated business process, constructs a management system covering the construction of block and scheduling of spatial layout, including the block’s two stages of the operated business process, data model and process control. The work plays a role of monitoring the entire cycle of block’s construction and generating reasonable scheduling. Meanwhile, the work generates a reasonable result for spatial scheduling and validation.(2) The design for the planning module of construction progressAccording to the block construction progress, this part abstracts the main model of the problem and make an analysis. The impact of the construction progress constraints on construction scheduling and the completion time is analyzed specifically. This part completes the monitoring on the block construction, and output the data to the spatial scheduling module via the related interface.(3) The design for spatial scheduling management module in the fieldAccording to the characteristics of block spatial scheduling module in logistics field, this part generates a framework for spatial scheduling management module at first, and completes the data flow and business flow of spatial scheduling through the analysis of operation business scheduling model. The part makes clear difference for objective of construction field and logistics field. The spatial layout algorithm is put forward to complete the scheduling, and the calculation comprises of path planning and collision detection. The instructions of block movement is generated and distributed to the related department and system finally.(4) The construction and validation of construction management platformAccording to the real requirement of some shipyard in shanghai, the design and implementation of a specific scheme is done in this part according to the proposed method. Also the block construction management prototype system is put forward.Implementation and verification of the prototype system demonstrates that requirement of the block construction management is fulfilled for administrators using the methods proposed in this paper, the combination of spatial scheduling and the goal of business process is solved reasonably.
