The Interpretation On Cultural Region Of Chinese Traditional Architectural Landscape

Chinese traditional architectural landscape is an important component factor of Chinese traditional culture and also an integral part of Chinese traditional architecture. In the long historical development, traditional architectural landscape formed unique cultural regions. Chinese traditional culture is broad and profound, rich and varied. Different historical periods, cultural and natural environment will affect the forms of traditional architecture landscape in different regions,which make different styles of traditional landscape architecture.This paper use the method of Cultural Geography to make culture regions of traditional architectural landscape as a specific study area. This attempt to interpretation cultural district composition,characterization and other related issues from a new angle by the cross-over study on Chinese Architectural History andCultural Geography.This paper analyzes the type of landscape material cultural factors and intangible cultural factors from construction method of cultural regions in Cultural Geography. By these intertwined, the landscape content is both of simple transmission and diverse compound.During the analysis of cultural factors types, it summarized the inside and outside structure and characteristics of landscape culture plexus,which aim to deeply analyz the matrix of the landscape cultural dregions composition.Based on the characteristics of landscape architecture plexus and different cultural traits of traditional architectural culture in regions, cultural regions of Chinese traditional architectural landscape is divided into the North, the Yangtze, the Southwest and the Southeast regions.In these four, the traditional architectural landscape show different styles,attitudes,breathtaking cultural implication and characterization.During the thousanfs years of culture inheritance, unique culture cultural sub-regions and nuclear regions formed In various large-scale cultural region. From the analysis of characterization of landscape cultural regions, it reveals the unique architectural landscape types,which is formed of the mixed of regional and cultural characters.As a result of the content of cultural district,which is "to mean " (representation) and the "meaning"(regional culture), Chinese traditional architectural landscape produced a unique culture symbols. Cultural regions contain a unique language, which is the structure interaction between "semantic"(culture) and "signal" (landscape). Therefore, the architectural landscape of the cultural region constitutes different images and the culture of different regions show differences in natural awareness, political ritual and religious through traditional architectural landscape. Meanwhile, the architectural landscape has become a media environment of space sensor feedback, a Ideographic object of local cultural identity and a needs media of strong sense of local belonging. These are clever fusion of culture and landscape which brought the unique experience of psychological and behavior and has symbolic function by focussed on.In short, it takes traditional Chinese culture as the starting point in this paper and analyz landscape cultural factors, landscape cultural plexus and the composition and characterization of traditional architectural landscape cultural regions.Also it analyz the implied relationship between language and image and function through symbolic feature s so that these cultral redions can be known and grasped more clearly.
