Research On Traditional Architectural Decoration Culture In Inner Mongolia

The long history of China has created the profound Chinese culture.As the fruit of Chinese culture,architecture carries the historical accumulation of culture.Architectural decoration often goes with architecture,which is an important aspect to express architectural culture and highlight architectural characteristics.The existing traditional architectural decoration in Inner Mongolia is the permanent witness of the historical and cultural development of the region,as well as the precious historical and cultural heritage of China.In recent years,the traditional architectural decoration research subjects include architecture,art and others,but mostly their respective disciplines consider building decoration as an "isolated and static" research scope,and lack of the global view of architectural decoration research.And the systemic research of traditional architectural decoration in Inner Mongolia region is also rarely involved.In addition,the traditional architectural decoration in Inner Mongolia is facing the rapid disappearance under the influence of many factors,which accelerates the urgency of the research on the traditional architectural decoration in this region.Therefore,from a perspective of cultural landscape theory,and the habitat of architectural decoration,this paper analyzes the decoration compositions of different traditional architectural typologies in Inner Mongolia,and explores the cultural characteristics of architectural decoration under different "dimensions",so as to summarize the general cultural trait of architectural decoration.The specific research content includes: compositions of the cultural carrier of architectural decoration,interpretation of basic rules and characteristics in the time process and spatial distribution,analysis of typical cases in different cultural areas,and analysis of cultural characteristics based on this.The paper is divided into three parts:firstly,the thesis starts from the theoretical basis of architectural decoration culture research,decomposes and explains the core concepts in the thesis research,and adaptively constructs the basic theory and overall framework of the research.It includes: the semantic generation of architectural decoration,the analysis of the characteristics and meanings of architectural decoration in different categories such as architecture,art and culture,the analysis of the generation context of regional architectural decoration,and the discussion of architectural decoration research methods suitable for this study from the perspective of cross-disciplines;This paper systematically deconstructs the theory of cultural landscape,explores the relationship between phenomenon and essence in the theory of cultural landscape,analyzes the analysis method and cognitive perspective of cultural landscape,and finds the convergence point of this study from the theory of cultural change and cultural regionalization.Based on the actual characteristics of the research object and basic theories and methods,the research path of cultural carrier,cultural change and cultural regionalization of architectural decoration are built up.Secondly,based on the cultural composition of different types of architectural decoration in Inner Mongolia,the paper analyzes the process and rules of traditional architectural decoration culture changing,as well as the regional differentiation and characteristics of architectural decoration culture.The research contents include: based on the research on the cultural composition of architectural decoration and culture landscape theory,aiming at the cultural characteristics of different types of architectural decoration,the cultural composition and form characteristics of residential buildings,government offices and religious buildings in Inner Mongolia were analyzed.In the diachronic state,the cultural changes of architectural decoration are analyzed,and the characteristics and rules of cultural changes of traditional architectural decoration in Inner Mongolia are clarified from the perspective of time.This paper analyzes the characteristics of cultural spactial differentiation of architectural decoration in synchronic state and analyzes the cultural phenomenon of traditional architectural decoration in Inner Mongolia from the perspective of spatial dimension.Finally,the region of Inner Mongolia traditional architectural decoration culture trait is parsed,through the region of Inner Mongolia traditional architectural decoration culture phenomenon.The special nature of traditional architectural decoration culture is extracted into four aspects namely: the decoration of rational fit,implantation of decoration culture acculturation,decorative art of the aesthetic implication and suitable ecological decoration technology.In accordance with the logical framework from whole to part,from outside to inside,from the bottom up and layer by layer in-depth,the research content covers the cultural carrier,time and space of traditional architectural decoration in Inner Mongolia,to ensure the comprehensive and scientific research.The paper is based on the theory of cultural landscape and semiotics,architectural phenomenology and morphology,involves the research methods of field investigation,literature review,logic integration.The field survey on the Inner Mongolia region existing traditional architectural decoration culture heritage lasted for nearly three years,with more than one thousand existing monomer building along over eight thousand kilometers to obtain the primary data for the thesis.This paper adopts the systematic method to establish the hierarchical system of architectural decoration culture research.The relevant research further enriches and improves the regional architectural culture research in Inner Mongolia,which casts theoretical and practical significances upon the inheritance research and sustainable development of regional architectural culture.
