As a result of the city land utilization type's multiplicity and items of basic construction's difference, is unable to use the unified transportation impact analysis assessment method for the items of basic construction, therefore the traffic impact analysis and evaluation is exercise confusion, and is not standard. So, in the actual operation process, we need a simply, practical, feasible, and can be use for different types of construction projects and traffic impact analysis.This paper based on the domestic and international construction projects in the traffic impact analysis, in the view of constructs this kind for the large-scale business building to be different with other land category items of basic construction, discussion the method which suit for the large-scale business building program transportation impact analysis, proposed the method named "semi-qualitative + semi-quantitative" that combined the service level based on intersection method with subjective analysis of the project to determine the scope of traffic impact methods, and carries on divides the road section, the road intersection, the mass transit and the parking facility single item transportation influence appraisal as well as to the peripheral region transportation synthesis influence appraisal, has established the multi-level transportation influence evaluating indicator.This article studies devotes to the rich items of basic construction transportation impact analysis system, and can apply during the large-scale business building program transportation impact analysis instruction work.
