In this dissertation, Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) system about the large public developments in big cities is studied. This paper discusses the internal relationship between city land use and traffic from the point of microcosmic , and gropes for how to assort with the relationship between them. The paper analyses the basic essence of TIA and gives a systematic introduction of the content and management procedure of TIA. The threshold and study area are the difficulties in TIA, and this paper introduces them in detail. This study put forward one kind of model which decide studyarea -- Cloud Model. And a method is given that on the basis of a landfeedback model. The principles and the pointed issues of traffic organization are introduced. This paper adopts the traditional four-stage method traffic volume. Then this study talks about traffic impact fee (TIP) and its implement policy, by analyzing briefly the main factors which are considered during the process of calculating TIF, put forward simple equation. At last this study verify TIA theory and method system by discussing the TIA process of the ChangQing Yuan in Beijing. |
