| With the utilization of city land and the big quantity of motor vehicles,disorderly project construction has become an important factor inducing urban traffic problems.Therefore,the approval of project construction needs attention.The traffic impact assessment of project construction plays an important role in balancing urban land utilization and development and construction of transportation facilities,optimizing the city’s resource allocation,and improving the transportation service level around new construction or renovation and expansion projects.This article intends to make all possible improvements to the existing technical problems,in order to promote the impact of the construction project traffic impact assessment and improve urban traffic conditions.The article uses Trans CAD traffic planning software to analyze the impact of construction projects on the traffic characteristics of surrounding traffic communities and road networks,and solves the key problems in traffic impact assessment through rational operation of the software.(1)To sort out and analyze the traffic impact assessment theory of the commercial financial service land construction project of the No.16 West Third Ring Road South Road project,and provide a theoretical basis for the traffic impact assessment work of the next No.16 West Third Ring Road South Road project.(2)Determine the start threshold,evaluation period,and evaluation scope of the traffic impact assessment of the No.16 West Third Ring South Road,and sort out the current road facilities,intersections,parking facilities,pedestrian crossing facilities,and public transportation facilities within the traffic impact range of the project.(3)Predict the estimated annual background traffic volume and project traffic volume within the research scope of the project of No.16 West Third Ring South Road,and then conduct the traffic impact assessment analysis work of the No.16 West Third Ring South Road project,and get results.(4)get conclusions and prospects. |
