The building energy consumption grow rapidly with the fast development of domestic economic. Energy shortage and environmental problem is the most important problem. Many existing buildings were built in 1980s and 1990s.They have simple design of wall and windows, big gaps of doors and windows, poor thermal insulation properties, Insulation performance and air tightness, poor residential thermal environment, Low building energy efficiency, few energy-saving measures. Therefore, the reform of the existing residential building determine the promotion of efficient use of energy and resources, and the feasibility of sustainable developmen.Building energy conservation start from the northChina to the southChina. Changchun City locat in the Northeast cold region in JiLin. Existing Building Energy Saving Construction of Changchun is an important part in the whole country.the winter heating energy consumption accounts for 50% ~ 60% of all building energy consumption, and the energy-saving potential is great. with the promotion of residents required to the internal thermal environment and publishment of energy regulations, the study of energy saving for existing residential building is of great practical value. In this paper, throuh the energy-saving survey of existing residential buildings in Changchun the existing information and people's attitude are acquired, the typical house model is got, and reliable foundation is provided for the study of energy saving scheme.based on these, three methods including theoretical analysis, computer simulation and statistical analysis are used to get Optimal Program and analyse economic programs and environmental effects .This paper provide a practical reference value to Jilin Province for further energy saving of existing buildings.
