With the rapid development of the high-tech civil aircraft spare parts ,inventory management is received increasing attention which is used to protect the normal use of the spare parts. Optimization of the distribution of spare parts inventory management has always been an important issue in spare parts inventory. The main object of study is the repairable type of spare parts. The goal is to seek funding for spare parts availability and security between the optimal cost-effective. This paper established a model for optimal allocation of spare parts inventory in two different modes of single -echelon inventory and multi-echelon inventory. Marginal effect analysis is user to fully utilize the limited spare parts investment funds, maximize the potential effectiveness of protection.The main research content is as following:The first part of the article focused on the civil aircraft spare parts inventory allocation research. First of all ,spare parts for civil aircraft were classified according to characteristics of the economy and use. Highlight was the importance of research for repairable spare parts. Secondly, Content and characteristics of the main manufacturer of civil aircraft inventory management were analyzed. Shortfall was selected as the protection of civil aircraft spare parts index. Finally, the optimal allocation of spare parts inventory of existing methods were compared, Systems approach was selected as the research methodology of this article.The second part of the article and the third part were the core of this text. The repairable spare parts mainly single-echelon and multi-echelon inventory configuration inventory optimization problem were analyzed. In this paper, marginal analysis method was used. Focused on analyzed How rational allocation of stock In a multi-level mode of how the rear storage of spare parts warehouse and a number of airlines between the base of multi-level model of the rational allocation of stock between the rear storage and airlines'base stock.. In this paper, numerical examples were given .The optimal spare parts inventory allocation strategy is obtained, which could make system availability maximum under a certain extent of cost.The last part of the article was the software implementation, the system design ,processes and results were given. Put theoretical studies into practice.
