With the growth of domestic market economy on China,human resource management in enterprises has been complemented constantly.the appropriate master plan is failed to be made in accordance with the need of enterprise development,which leads to the human resource work can't be unfolded successfully.All such work,instead,is simply decided by managerial team against their wish.Without sufficient HR master plan,the human resource strategy will become a formalistic one,which is far from achieving the enterprise general strategy.Therefore,making the efficient HR master plan is extremely important,which forms the core competitiveness of an enterprise.The echelon buildup is to set up an experienced talent team with sufficient training,self motivation,which guarantee the key position talent staff to be backed up and with qualified successors in case of any vacancy,to minimize the loss of key talent people to the lowest cost,and to support the development steadily,sustainably to achieving the final goal.Following the cutting edge HR echelon theory both internationally and domestically,this essay analyses the TWSL echelon buildup master plan and strategy,present the HR echelon buildup practice is meaningful to a fast growing company;by describing the methodology of TWSL echelon team buildup,to analyse the problem which caused in the existing regulations,whether more notice is focused on the buildup of enterprise human resource modular,whether there are problems accruing with the buildup,whether proves to be the insufficient recognition on human resource master planning,in order to promote the salary system of TWSL company.This essay focus on the analsys and result of HR echelon buildup of TWSL company,which is benefit for the relative companies in manufacturing industry,especialy to the equipmenr manufacturing industry companies.I wish to exchange the HR echelon buildup of such kind of companies in order to enhance the human resource of such kind of companies and make my own contribution to the "MADE IN CHINA 2025".
