In recent years,with the advancement of economic globalization,my country’s manufacturing industry is facing unprecedented external and internal pressures.In addition to the urgent need to improve manufacturing technology and management mode,the synergy of the industrial chain within and between industries also needs to be improved.With the increasingly widespread use of the Internet,traditional competition among enterprises has gradually transformed into competition between supply chains and industrial chains.Inventory control management,as an important part of it,directly affects the operation status of the entire supply chain and at the same time restricts the future development of the enterprise.Therefore,in-depth study of multi-level inventory control methods under the supply chain environment has high theoretical value and practical significance.Demand forecasting,as the information input of inventory control management,determines the inventory level and the formulation of the production plan.Therefore,the establishment of an accurate demand forecasting method is essential for improving the level of inventory control management.First of all,this paper analyzes the traditional grey prediction model GM(1,1),improves the two aspects of smoothness and initial condition selection,and establishes an improved grey prediction model.After verification,the improved method can effectively improve the forecast results;secondly,by analyzing the internal structure of multi-level inventory and inventory cost structure under a specific inventory control strategy,it is established to include multiple suppliers,one manufacturer,and multiple distributors.(Customer)multi-level inventory cost model,and at the same time,design genetic algorithm to solve the multi-level inventory cost model;finally,take a company’s A product as an example,use an improved grey forecast model to predict the demand for this product,and apply MATLAB software to solve the problem.Level inventory cost model.By comparing and analyzing the results,the correctness of the model built in this paper is verified.On the basis of summarizing the previous research results,this paper improves the grey prediction model,which effectively improves the prediction accuracy and reduces the error.At the same time,based on a comprehensive analysis of inventory costs,a multi-level inventory cost model was established and solved,and actual cases were used for verification and analysis.The research results of this paper can lay a theoretical foundation and data support for related research,and at the same time,can also provide a method for manufacturing enterprises to reduce multi-level inventory costs.
