The international situation is complex and volatile,affecting the layout of the global industry chain and supply chain.To cope with the risk of global industry chain and supply chain restructuring.China has integrated development and security,and focused on improving the resilience and security of the industry chain and supply chain.As a pillar enterprise of the national economy,power grid enterprises are related to national energy security.Power grid enterprises speed up the construction of the supply chain of power grid materials,and improve the ability to optimize the power grid materials allocation,to ensure that the power grid enterprises safe,sustainable,and stable power supply.Power distribution materials are an important component of the power grid materials,requiring centralized reserves and unified distribution.There is room for optimization and improvement of inventory and distribution of province A electric power company,which is the core issue of material management.Therefore.this paper conducts an in-depth study to improve the efficiency and management of power distribution materials supply and promote the high-quality development of the power industry chain and supply chain.Based on the above background,this paper takes the multi-echelon inventory and distribution route optimization problem of power distribution materials under random demand as the research content.Firstly,we comb through the research of domestic and foreign scholars on inventory optimization and distribution route optimization,and analyze theories and methods related to inventory management concepts and strategies,logistics distribution route optimization,and optimization algorithms to lay the theoretical foundation for the research.Then,we elaborate on the material management current situation and inventory distribution mode of province A electric power company,analyze the existing inventory and distribution problems for power distribution materials,and clarify the practical background of the study.Then,we solve the problem of multi-echelon inventory and route optimization of power distribution materials.Based on the analysis of the factors influencing the power distribution materials’ inventory and distribution of province A electric power company,this paper integrates the ordering cost,inventory holding cost,out-of-stock cost and transportation cost,focuses on a secondary inventory with one central warehouse and multiple turnaround warehouses,constructs a multi-echelon inventory optimization model for power distribution materials under random demand,and designs a particle swarm optimization algorithm based on differential evolution to overcome the deficiency that the particle swarm optimization algorithm is easy to fall into local optimum.Considering the different models of distribution vehicles with different load-bearing and maximum driving distances,the optimization model of the distribution route between the central warehouse and the turnaround warehouses is constructed with the distribution cost as the optimization target,and the particle swarm optimization algorithm based on tabu search is designed to overcome the convergence problem of the particle swarm optimization algorithm.Finally,select the important power distribution materials and common power distribution materials of province A electric power company as typical power distribution materials for optimization,and use the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm and traditional particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve them respectively.Through comparison,the feasibility and practicality of the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm are verified,and a multi-echelon inventory optimization scheme and distribution route optimization scheme for typical power distribution materials are obtained,and suggestions for multi-echelon inventory and distribution route optimization for power distribution materials are put forward.The results show that the multi-echelon inventory optimization scheme and distribution route optimization scheme for typical power distribution materials obtained in this paper can reduce inventory and distribution costs.The improved particle swarm optimization algorithm enhances the local search capability,improves the search quality,and performs significantly better than the traditional particle swarm optimization algorithm.The innovation of this paper is based on the current status of research on the optimization of power grid material inventory optimization and distribution route optimization,as well as the current situation of power distribution material inventory and distribution of province A electric power company,constructing multi-echelon inventory optimization and distribution route optimization models of power distribution materials under random demand,designing improved particle swarm optimization algorithms for optimization solution,and using typical power distribution materials data to obtain multi-echelon inventory optimization scheme and distribution route optimization scheme.This paper fills the gap of research and provides reference for inventory management and distribution management of power grid enterprises.
