ABSTRACT:The overloaded and fast of freight trains is an effective way to improve the capacity and economic benefits of rail freight. At present, all the new manufactured trucks in our country have been produced in accordance with the new standards of "Speed of 70t level 23t axle load is 120km/h", trains'upgrading helps to create the necessary conditions of the synchronization improvement of China's truck speed and weight. With the development of overloaded goods trains, the train's center of gravity height will have a great change, and whether the goods in the train's center of gravity shift or not also directly affect the train's stability. China's "Rules for Railway Loading reinforcement" detailed definition of the overloaded goods trains' center of gravity height and lateral limits of deviation, if it is over the limits, trains will be required to limit speed. The years'safe operation of trains shows that the rule actually conservative. Therefore, the research of the standards for the safe operation of trains in case of cargo loaded with center of gravity ultrahigh and weight shift have become important problems to be solved for ensuring the safely running after trains' speed up.This paper describes the development of speed freight trains, puts forward that railway cargo loading problems, based on the analysis of the main affected factors and evaluation indicators of the safe operation of trains, using the vehicle dynamics study method,discuss the various affected factors empirically.In this paper, we regard the derailment quotient, ratio of off loading and axle force as the safety assessment standard, using vehicle dynamics and mathematical statistics method analysis of test data,study on the security of railway freight cars under deviation of cargo gravity center and raising the limited height of gravity center. Finally, according to the results of analysis,the paper presents the security standard of railway freight cars with the deviation of cargo gravity center and raising the limited height of gravity center.
