Study On The Performance Of Water-proof Binder Materials Of Concrete Bridge Deck Pavement

Water-proof binder coat is an important component of the bridge deck pavement, The premature failure of bridge deck pavement is often because of water-proof binder coat demage,so the set of water-proof binder coat is very important for prolonging the service life of the bridge deck pavement.But studying on Water-proof binder coat was started a little late,lacking perfect theoretical direction and abundant practical experience,so it is very necessary to study water-proof binder coat deeply.Firstly,the paper pointed out existing problems in the use of water-proof binder coat,surveyed diseases existing in the bridge deck pavement, analyzed the cause of the diseases and putted forward the measures avoiding the damage;Then the paper directed laboratory shear and pull-out test on six different kinds of water-proof binder materials, analyzed various factors influencing road property of materials; Based on the fatigue test of bituminous concrete,the paper studied on the resisting fatigue performance of water-proof binder coat, putted forward regression equation and offeredreference for predicting fatigue performance;Using net present value method,the paper did the analysis of economic benefit for four water-proof binder matericials,the result manifested that epoxy asphalt had better economic benefit;Finally,based on the many tests,the paper discussed construction technology of epoxy asphalt,built a control system of the construction quality, putted forward praticual evaluation methodology and index.
