With the progress and development of science,the paving technology of long-span steel bridge deck is becoming mature day by day.The bridge deck pavement of orthotropic steel deck still has a lot of problems in material use,pavement structure,construction technology and quality control.Based on the specific bridge,the study status and existing problems of steel deck pavement technology are analyzed systematically.The main contents are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of typical pavement schemes,the advantages and disadvantages of each pavement scheme are compared.According to the characteristics of several typical paving schemes and the requirements of steel deck paving of qingshuihe bridge,the principle of analysis is put forward,and the comprehensive analysis based on weight is carried out.(2)The types and specific technical requirements of common waterproof adhesive layer in China are compared in detail.Through deep research,the design process of pouring asphalt concrete mixture is defined.Combined with the concrete situation of qingshuihe bridge,the performance of SMA-13 mixture on the pavement upper deck is verified.Through the detailed test,determine the above three important parts of the production and paving technical indicators.(3)The concrete mixing ratio of pouring asphalt mixture and SMA-13 mixture in the practical process of long span steel bridge deck pavement is analyzed.In this paper,the construction technology of waterproof bonding layer pouring asphalt mixture and SMA-13 mixture is studied in detail.
