Research On Operation Risk Assessment And Prevention Of Inner Mongolia Province Distributi On Network

On the reform of power market,the power grid faces worsen conflicts in work safety and work efficiency this two aspects at present situation,also there are various risks in the process of using distribution network.Based on this situation,this paper will focus on the distribution network in the use of a series of risk analysis.Through the analysis of the risk of the distribution network,we combined with the specific strength analysis and the theory of the management system for the late prevention.This paper makes an investigation on the present situation of the domestic and foreign risk,and studies the present situation of the risk management,and carries on the risk analysis to the distribution network through three aspects: risk identification,risk assessment and risk prevention.In determining the operation risk of distribution network,the four methods of fault tree,the application of brainstorming,causal graph and statistical analysis are used to discuss the internal and external environmental factors.The external environmental factors of the risk analysis in the power system reform and operation are the main research objects.The study of internal environmental factors is mainly based on the analysis of operational risk,personnel quality and management practice.Use of evaluation methods of risk assessment results are generally divided into two parts,one part is the use of the expected value of loss of 13 kinds of causes of operation of distribution network fault quantitative evaluation,a formula to calculate the operational risk value,found the main source of risk is the load problems,equipment problems and user problems;the second part it is to evaluate the risk factors existing in the quality of personnel and management in practice by using the LEC method,know that the personnel quality is the main factor affecting the operation risk.In order to prevent risks,it is necessary to combine the results of the assessment,and make a series of risk prevention strategies based on the equipment,personnel and infrastructure issues.There are three innovations in this paper: one is the combination of qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation,and the other is the use of the expected value method to calculate the value of risk,the three is the use of LEC method to the risk management personnel.The research in this paper will make the power grid enterprises to re recognize the risks in the operation of the power grid,and provide a good reference for the planning,rational decision-making and risk avoidance.
