Study On The Dietetic Culture Of The Dream Of Red Mansions

The Chinese dietetic is profound.It is not only the most basic aspect of Chinese traditonnal culture culture ,but also the most solid culture that people has inherited since ancient times.In the long development history,the chinese dietetic culture is not only mataerially existed in diffierent kinds of diet schools ,but also in plenty of diet documents and literature.The dietetic culture in the The Dream of Red Mansions,which was pressed in the Qing Dynasty,had distinctive features.The dietetic culture lively reappeared the diet culture style of Ming and Qing Dynasty.If we want to know the diet culture style of Ming and Qing Dynasty,we can learn from it..Although academics have conducted some studies on it ,but there is still existing a large space to research and exploration.Based on this point,this paper aimed at a deeper and comprehensive study on the diet culture of the Dream of Red Mansions by culture angle.This paper choose the book published by the People's Literature Publishing House(1982) as the copy.Firstly,I analysised the records of things like diet culture with the dietetic culture documents and social diet custom in that time .Then, by these diet culture phenomenon,I seeked the diet culture thought and the interactive thought from the diet activity.Thirdly, through researches on the diet taste characteristic, the present development of diet culture in the Dream of Red Mansions , the reference diet culture development theory and practical achievements of domestic and foreign diet-culture development,and connecting reality,this article concluded various problems in development of the Red Mansion diet-culture,and the put forward on my solution measures .As research methods,the paper focuses on statistical assification,folkore,archaeology,aesthetic perspctive, the traditional Chinese medicine, the travel studying and so on. This paper makes every effort to explore culture behind the diet activity cultural connotation as well as the modern development way of the red chamber. Not only this has developed the research mentality, simultaneously also to bring honor to, develop the Chinese tradition diet culture to provide has used for reference.This article innovation spot lied in the foundation of absorbing the predecessor research results ,thoroughtly studied the diet activities in the book ,and put the activities in the big social cultural context,in order to summarize the Hong Lou diet activity characteristic. Moreover, the red chamber diet culture's modern development is also at the initial stage, studing on the diet culture in the book , is advantageous in developing the red chamber diet culture.
