A Study On The Reconstruction Of Dietetic Culture Of The Eight-eighth Banquets In Yangcheng Under The Action Of Tourism

Cultural change has always been a hot topic in anthropological research.In recent years,with the popularity of food programs,academic monographs on food culture have entered the public field of vision in a new way.However,these studies rarely put food culture in the context of tourism.By using the method of dietary anthropology,this paper takes the traditional feast food culture in Yangcheng,Shanxi Province as the main object of investigation,and probes into how to develop,change and reconstruct the traditional food culture under the action of tourism from the concept of cultural identity and tourism gaze,so as to open up a new way of thinking for the development of Yangcheng's all-for-one tourism.The article takes the traditional diet-eight-eighth banquet in Yangcheng county,Jincheng city,Shanxi province as the research object.Through the method of field investigation,interview and qualitative analysis were carried out.Based on the historical origin of the eight-eighth banquet,the paper summarizes the characteristics of its composition,food ingredients,food utensils and etiquette.Then,the paper summarizes the development of the eight-eighth banquet culture under the function of tourism,the eight-eighth banquet has diversified food ingredients,diverse specifications,the local government is actively applying for Intangible Cultural Heritage,and the enterprises are also pushing the eight-eighth banquet field of tourism through the way of exhibition.It is concluded that the legalization and standardization of eight-eighth banquets have made the eight-eighth banquets develop and inherit relatively well.From the folk traditional rural banquet to the tourism commodity;from the collective dinner to the modern new group purchase consumption pattern;from the monocultural form to the various exhibition form;from the advanced diet which represents the identity to the tourism local food symbol has undergone the cultural change and hascarried on the reconstruction.The reconstruction of the food culture of the eight-eighth banquets is the result of negotiation between the gaze of the other and the constant adjustment of the group.
