Study On Informal Administrative System For Die & Mould Company Based On C4P Technology

Nowadays, with the developing of technology, the competitive focus of die and mold enterprise lies on that introduce constantly their retrofit products and service into highly disperse and frequently change market, the listing speed of the new products, the quality of products and the reduction of the cost will become the key factor of market competition. Therefore, the enterprises need to set up a kind of advanced manufacture mode that can be drove with market demand and have fast responding mechanism. The informal process of enterprise based on PC-web-data bank technology was brought forward at the historic moment.This text regards dispersed die and mold companies of order type as the research object. Through analyzing punch die enterprises characteristic and product development procedure, pointing out the obstacles of data transmitting and information communication in product design, craft and manufacture stage of enterprises at present, thus it quotes out the demand to collaborative course management in order enterprises. In this paper the important parts of C4P system, PDM (Product Data Management), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) , and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) have been introduced exactly. Furthermore, the author also introduces the process of data collaborating and transforming.Because of the characteristic of PDM (Product Data Management), we have put forward the concept of C-PDM, namely PDM technology facing process management of coordination product development. The text portrays separately the functions and information models of project management, workflow management and change management by UML modeling tool, and puts up the system structure of C-PDM system on this basis.Finally, it shows that operating and controlling of C4P is the important part in die and mold enterprise informal process, also the difficult point. In this paper, the author gives the theory how to improve the informal process.
