Research On Optimization Of Comprehensive Budget Management Of ZB Company Based On ERP System

As a comprehensive budget management with a standardized strategic goal in the management system,it is based on the idea of comprehensive control,and is used to achieve the overall business goal of the enterprise by integrating and optimizing the human resource flow,information flow,capital flow and business flow of the enterprise.After more than a century of development and change,comprehensive budget management plays a central value role in the management of more and more modern enterprises.During the big data era,the enterprise information construction gradually improved,the company began to attach importance to the use of management system,through its superior data integration and planning control function,ERP system has become a hot first system for many enterprises.For the above reasons,enterprises want to improve their own management effectiveness and budget management efficiency under the ERP environment,then it needs to improve the comprehensive budget management continuously,because the digital reform of budget management is particularly important.In this thesis,through a large number of related literature for in-depth research,the significance of this thesis and the purpose of the research are described.Besides,on the basis of systematic arrangement of comprehensive budget management,ERP system theory,control theory and incentive theory,ZB manufacturing company is selected as the research object,and the general situation of ZB company and its ERP system is introduced,which is summarized from the organizational structure of the enterprise,budgetary contents and process of comprehensive budget management,the present situation of the company's comprehensive budget management.And through the questionnaire survey and interview to the ZB company's comprehensive budget management,it is concluded that ZB company's comprehensive budget management organization is not perfect,the budget preparation is unreasonable,the budget control and supervision is weak,and the budget evaluation mechanism is not perfect.This thesis analyzes the problems and causes of ZB company's comprehensive budget management,combines the current situation of the company's ERP operation,analyzes the necessity and feasibility of ZB company's comprehensive budget management based on the optimization of the ERP system,and puts forward the idea of constructing the comprehensive budget management based on the ERP system.The whole process of comprehensive budge management of ZB Company is optimized in detail,and some targeted safeguard measures are put forward.It is expected that the budget management of ZB Company can be well implemented through relevant decisions,and the budget management can achieve the expected results.It hopes that most of the enterprises based on the ERP system or have planned to use the comprehensive budget management can take the relevant research of this thesis as a reference,combined with their actual situation to find ways to improve their own comprehensive budget management level in practice.
