In the new century elementary education, the information took the information age must havethe specialized quality, has included within gradually the teacher specialized abilityinspection.The elementary education curriculum reforms development has brought theunprecedented challenge and the opportunity for teacher's information accomplishment, theteacher information literacy level is directly affecting the education educational reformdevelopment.As the higher pedagogical colleges and universities future teacher's nurser, will have to raiseabove the rationale in the inheritance outstanding teacher, promotion adaptation new timesrequest accurate teacher information accomplishment level enhancement. Therefore, I havechosen the high chemical education specialized student information accomplishment raise forthe master's degree paper research topic.The paper research is composed by five parts.Front the first part of synthesis reports on activities the teacher information accomplishmentraise research background, the goal, the method and the research significance;The second part has analyzed US, England, Australia and so on regarding the duty in front ofthe teacher information literacy and the standard research, for further constructs the informationliteracy, the level and the duty the teacher information literacy standard provides the referenceand the model;The third part elaborated the information literacy raise pattern construction rationale, hasconstructed in front of chemistry teacher duty the information literacy raise pattern, introducedthe information literacy raise pattern structure and the movement process;The fourth part mainly is in aims at the middle school Chemistry backbone teacher and abovethe chemical education specialized undergraduate student information literacy present situationinvestigation foundation, designed has taken as an elective the curriculum, and launched theinformation literacy raise the exploring practice;The fifth part is after the elective course the result investigation and the analysis, after theelective course questionnaire survey research and the student teaching practice feedback effect,meanwhile introduced student's achievement and the work, and have conducted the modelstudent case change research.Through the theory stratification plane research and the practice exploration, for a time schoolyear information literacy raise curriculum is fruitful, but simultaneously it also has someinsufficiencies, through question reconsidering which discovered to the teaching practiceprocess in, hoped can further provide the reference for the following research.
