It has three major function module, namely the input module, the store module and the cut module to realize the optimized cutting algorithm.3) The software has good user's interface, users input the parameter of the printed sheet and the label and confirm the layout overall arrangement of the printed sheet. It can offer the optimized cutting scheme and show the cutting line and the cutting order. That can make user clear to the cutting result of the printed sheet, consequently improve productionefficiency and cutting quality of cutting work.The development of cutting software makes the workflow of the paper cutter intelligent, therefore improve the grade of the paper cutter of our country and shorten the disparity with the foreign paper cutter. The optimized cutting algorithm can not only be applied to solve the cutting problem of postpress, but also be applied to solve the similar problems of other industries, for instance: the optimized cutting problem of processing industry, such as metal or the glass, etc. |
