| Aiming at the demand of laser cutting for 3D sheet metal parts and the shortage of the current laser cutting virtual manufacturing system,this paper studies and develops a virtual manufacturing system of laser cutting with multi cutting platform with five axis machine tool,vertical six axis robot and inverted six axis robot.It includes 3D visualization of virtual manufacturing process scene,kinematics calculation of machine tool based on tool location data,laser cutting process and processing code output.Configuring node order to build virtual machining scene.The D-H motion coordinate system is established to realize the kinematics calculation and machine tool motion simulation.Establish the cutting process problem solving process,and realize the cutting process embodiment.By calculating the conversion relation between cutter location and processing code data,the output of corresponding cutting platform processing code is achieved.The three main aspects in the research content of this paper are listed as follows:(1)Based on the actual three-dimensional sheet metal laser cutting scene virtual map,design a set of model partitioning and scenario building plan,in this paper,a universal model import method and the way the machine movement model,a complete actual processing scenario will manifest in the virtual manufacturing environment.At the same time,based on the Nurbs curve,it simulates the features of the cut joints of the non-vertical sidewall,and then simulates the cutting morphology to realize the simulation of the removal process of laser cutting materials.(2)According to the structure and movement characteristics of different cutting platform,according to the corresponding platform the D-H coordinate system,based on site data of machine kinematics calculation model,the calculated results input motion model to realize the motion simulation of machine tool.(3)This paper designs a set of processing procedures for the technological defects,interference collision and sharp angle overburning in 3d laser cutting,and realizes the simulation of cutting process according to the processing flow.According to each cutting platform knife site and processing code data conversion calculation formula,the calculationoutput corresponding processing code.This paper presents an inductive method for laser cutting processing scene model based on motion attribute and motion dependent relation.Through this method,the virtual machining scene can be set up quickly and accurately and the machine tool motion model can be established.In addition,the simulation of removal process of laser cutting material is realized,and some cutting process problems are reflected.The system is developed in a modular way,which makes the system portable and universal. |
