| Flying shear is the equipment of the electromechanical fluid integration technology.Output of strip production is at the influence of the shearing precision,running speed,degree of automation,operation maintenance and the service life,that is affect the production efficiency and economic benefits of hot rolling mill.With the improvement of the production of the hot rolling mill,shear specifications and arieties growing,put on the shear performance and stability of the flying shear are increasingly high requirements.This paper in order to Qiangang company 2160 production line using the crank connecting rod type flying shear machine as the research object.For its frequent occurrence of strip shear failure,a detailed study of various aspects is carried out,and comparative analysis and with the actual fault phenomenon,the root cause of the failure was found.The temporary solution method and the optimized measure are also presented.It provides important reference value for the maintenance and further research of flying shear equipment.In order to search for flying shear failure reason,the PROE 3D design software is used to model the flying shear equipment firstly.And through the dynamic mechanism simulation of flying shear machine model,the trajectory,position relation and horizontal speed of the cutting blade is found out.It provides the research basis for the flying shear analysis.At through the shear principle and the stress state of the shear force of flying shear analyzed,confirmed the cutting edge lock cylinder、crankshaft rolling bearing、slide bearing、cutting assembly、effect of rolling steel on the blade gap.And for the specific failure phenomenon,proposed reliable solution.Finally,the automatic input of the flying shear system is studied,it reduce the artificial error caused by the shear position choice,so that the strip appears the failure of the continuous,reduce the cutting loss rate,improve the output of the machine. |
