Research On Geological Survey Project Construction Cost Management

Geological Survey project construction cost management is one of the most important components of business management in geological exploration enterprises. With the development of market economy and facing the fierce market competition, geological exploration enterprises have to increasingly concern about their economic efficiency durning the process of transition to a market management system. The management situation and economic benefits of geological exploration enterprises is closely related to the project construction cost, so how to reduce the project construction cost directly influence geological exploration enterprises'existence, developing and competitiveness on the project market.In this paper, I take the construction cost management of Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources of Heilongjiang Province (Qiqihar mineral exploration and development General Hospital) as the background. Based on the introduction of basic constrction cost management theory of geological survey projects, including the concept, principles, levels, duties, content and objects of construction cost, this paper did a deep and systematic research on how to reduce the construction cost of geological survey projects from the aspects of the geological survey project construction cost management process analysis and cost control. A cost management system is proposed in this paper to provide a frame of reference for geological exploration enterprises'cost management.
