A Study On Ecological Environment And Village In Xinjiang Ethnic Neighborhood

Xinjiang is located in northwest of China, there is big ecological environment differences between north and south area, the residential areas around the villages are different in natural and human environment under the influence of constraints, thus, the living forms have distinct local characteristics and architectural styles are in various forms. Xinjiang Uygur is the main nationality which has a long history, Hotan region, a shining pearl on the Silk Road, is mainly consist of Uygur, which is the region of residence that has a long culture. The thesis mainly select Xiacun Hetian County as the residential villages to study, guided by architecture, ecology, environmental psychology and behavioral science and so on. Adopt the maps, charts of data, interviews, surveys and other methods to do the comprehensive study of the ecological environment, social environment and artificial environment of the village, so the conclusions are as following:(1)North and South differences in the environment and the characteristics of multi-ethnic make Xinjiang has a variety of architectural styles, the residential areas are in various forms. The thesis mainly take Xia Village as the research object, guided by living behavior theory, made an overall residential survey on the traditional villages of the Uygur residents in Hotan, and select a representative architecture to study, through analysis to get the characteristic layout of the village The structure, function and architectural features of the residential architecture: residential building was closed to external and internal characteristics of an open structure; room space combinations freely, there is no fixed model; the building function is cross-functional, but has its unique purposes; building materials, construction methods of traditional mature form of decoration practices diverse and so on.(2)The thesis made the investigation of the residential areas of the village, to analyze from the ecological environment and social environment, draw the conclusion that the unique residential village is the formation of natural and human.(3)The thesis combined with the results of research on the residential areas of the village and studied the advantages and shortcomings of the traditional residential area. There are also a number of questions: 1) the village infrastructure is incomplete. 2) the obvious contradiction between people and land.3) there have many of the deficiencies in residential health facilities and so on.4) there has problem between modern family facilities and traditional form of residence. Propose many possible countermeasures and suggestions for building a new socialist countryside in Xinjiang.
