Exploring the Internal Mechanism of Village Community Succession is Inherent Requirements of Rural Revitalization.Taking 20 natural villages in Le'an County,Fuzhou City,Jiangxi Province as an example, this paper explores the logical feasibility of comparing natural villages to "village communities",the measurement of vitality and the division of development stages of natural villages, the types of natural villages development succession, the influencing factors of natural villages' succession types and the strategies of succession intervention.Based on this logic, the historical panel data of each natural village from 1980 to 2017 obtained from field survey are analyzed.Vitality measurement index system of village community including 13 indicators including population, space, resources and environment of villages is constructed to determine the vitality value of natural villages and draw the vitality curve. The historical development stage of villages is divided according to the fluctuation of the vitality curve of natural villages,i.e.the valley point of the curve. After obtaining the historical development stages of natural villages, the linear succession model of dominant population sequence is used to explore the succession types of natural villages in each stage and the influencing factors of the succession types of natural villages. Finally, the intervention strategies of the natural villages in the current succession state are discussed.Through the research, this paper draws conclusions as follows:First, referring to the method of defining urban life and the definition of biological community in community ecology,it can be concluded that it is logically feasible to compare natural villages to "village communities".Secondly, through the analysis,it is found that the vitality of the sample villages in this paper has fluctuated upward from 1980 to 2017,which can be divided into five development stages.Among them, the average development stages of S1 stage are 6.75 years, that of S2 stage is 8.05 years, that of S3 stage is 8.7 years, that of S4 stage is 7.3 years, and that of S5 stage is 6.2 years.Thirdly, through the analysis of the succession types of village communities, the paper finds that the sample villages naturally develop to the present, and the development situation is not ideal.85% of the sample villages are in the downward development stage(successive decline or fluctuation succession).Undulating topography: In the S1-S2 stage of succession types are generally rapid development;S2-S3 succession stage type usually rapid development type, growth stage of succession;S3-S4 types are generally growth or decline of succession;S4-S5 stage is usually rapid development or succession of decline.Topographic villages in semi-mountainous areas : In the S1-S2 stage of succession type usually decline stage of succession;S2-S3 types are generally decline stage of succession;S3-S4 types are generally decline stage S4-S5 succession;succession usually decline.Fourthly, there are similarities and differences in influencing factors of succession of different types of villages. In terms of commonness, among the factors affecting village succession, population factor > Economic and resource factor > spatial factor. In the aspect of difference,it mainly exists in each component of each factor.Fifth,Most of the natural villages in the sample villages can change their succession types by different means. From the point of view of population,we should try our best to increase the total population of villages, the more direct way is to increase the birth rate, reduce the number of migrant workers, and avoid the unnatural reduction of the population of villages;from the point of view of economy and resources, the simplest and direct way is to increase the output rate of land per unit area, that is,to increase the per mu yield;from the point of view of space,we should concentrate on renovating the existing villages. In order to control the per capita construction land area and optimize the interior spatial structure of villages, empty houses should be used.
