Since September 2001, the New Syllabus of Teaching Instruction in Kindergartens had been implemented for trial nationally. The New Syllabus values the role and status of teachers in the development of children; meanwhile it gives unexpected challenges for teachers. In Early-childhood Education College, mathematics is an important basic course. In order to improve the level of children education and the quality of teachers in kindergartens, it's extremely important to improve the mathematics quality of students in Early-childhood Education College.Mathematics quality is a comparatively hot study subject in the filed of mathematics education, but the study for the mathematics quality of students in Early-childhood Education College is rare to see. The paper reviews the study of mathematics quality using method of documents and analyzes the connotation of the mathematics quality of students in Early-childhood Education College basing on the interviews with the teachers and headmasters in kindergartens. A test survey is also made for this.
