It has been long for human to study learning psychology. Since W. Wundt founded the first psychological laboratory, study on learning psychology has been turning to mensurable from quality gradually, and then unite them two. At the beginning of the 20th century, in the process of surveying mentality, American psychologists discovered that besides the intellect factors, such as observation ability, the faculty of memory, ability of thinking, the power of imaginatipn, there exist nonintellective factors, which influence one' s studies achievements. At the beginning of the eighteen twentieth, theories on nonintellective factors was introduced to China, which aroused public attention in the education and the psychological field, and especially the educationalists showed great enthusiasm on it. It was considered universally that cultivating nonintellective factors is very important for student's all-round development.With the development of China's social economy, the desire for talents is becoming intense day by day. The number of current college students is over 20000,000 since the colleges began increasing enrolment in 1998. These students will be pillar of the state in the future. College mathematics is by now an important basic course opened by the majors concerning on science and engineering, medicine, agriculture, etc. It is important not only for later study and jobs, but also for improving the college students' scientific accomplishments. Combining with the study achievements abroad on nonintellective factors, this article studies the influence of nonintellective factors on student's mathematics study by way of questionnaire, interview and discuss, etc in order to offer a reference for college mathematics educationalists.This research chooses faculty members and students of Huaiyin Institute of Technology as an object of study. It analyses the views of teachers on the nonintellective factors' influence on college students' mathematics study.
