The environment comprehensive evaluation of the groundwater is a systematic, complicated problem. Factors influencing the groundwater environment are a lot, and they are compound of water quantity and water quality. Some of these factors are fuzzy and uncertain, however, and many factors have affiliation, so traditional methods requesting fixed quantity and precision seem to lack the ability to do. The evaluation is very important for the groundwater environment, because the groundwater is a kind of indispensably resources to mankind's life. However in the actual assessment, water quantity and water quality is always dissevered, and obviously it doesn't agree with reality. For resolving the above-mentioned problems, author combines the Shule River groundwater environmental fact on the foundation of civil and abroad researches, and makes use of related theories of system analysis, then carries on overall analysis to the present condition of the district groundwater environment talked about, finally builds up an three layers, 13-index hierarchical index system which responds the region's groundwater environment. We can get each index's weight through those quantitative and qualitative methods such as nine mark degrees and three mark degrees. For resolving variety of index, integration of content, uncertainty and complexity of progress, author uses related theory of fuzzy math, then chooses and analyzes membership function, finally builds up fuzzy comprehensive model that suits to the groundwater environment characteristic of this district. Being an application, author analyzes and handles actual data, then evaluates synthetically 11 typical regions'groundwater environment using built model. Compared with the actual concerned information, the result of evaluation matches with fact, which testifies rationality of the index system and feasibility of which fuzzy comprehensive assessment model is applied in groundwater environment.
