| In the thesis, contraposing the need of the geography resource manage, the design narrates on contriving and development process of electronic map of communication information manage system in geography information systems, and uses MapObjects control of ArcInfo component as the tool to research and explore the geography information systems.First of all, the design introduces the theory and relational application technology of the Component Objects Model Geography Information Systems, analyses the basis compose and correlation structure of MapObjects control, researches the affair, means, attribute and construction of MapObjects control combined with project demand of electronic map, design function of map information enter and compile in order to realize flexible integrate of figure manage system and MapObjects control. That leads to complete function and convenience use in the whole geography administer system. Then the design bring forward extend research of user-defined platform which bases on Graphics Device Interface, whose foundation is compositive theory between MapObjects control and MFC of Visual C++. Finally, the design deeply research device means and realization scheme in 3DGIS by more investigate MapObjects control.ArcInfo Component of Geograpghy Information Systems in the paper uses the popular technique of Component Objects Model. We use the technique of second development component in order to realize the system of complete and utility function. And we import Automatism Hold-minus Melody System, and it can adjust dynamically map hold-minus capacity and assure the quality of this map read. Then there are clear divide module, flexible explore measure and strong expansibility in this system. We can foresee that the Component Objects Model Geography Information Systems must play its important function of query and administer etc. in many specialty realm, especially communication resource manage aspects in the process of its application and consummate.
