Based On The Independent Operator Of Fuzzy Probability Theory Research And Practical Application

The fuzzy mathematics have been focused on more and more attention anddeveloped by many scholars since the fuzzy mathematics emerged. The probabilityof fuzzy events is the combination of the fuzzy mathematics and the probabilisticnumber theory, and it had already been one of the hot topics of people. This paperstudied and concluded the probability of fuzzy events proposed by Zadeh, provedthe important theorems and conclusions have not been proved in the literatures, andobtained some results at the same time.Firstly, this paper introduced the definition for probability of fuzzy events,properties of fuzzy events and related calculation formula. Proved the theorem offinite fuzzy event probability and the theorem of Bayes formula; and obtained arandom test sample space and fuzzy event probability inference and certificate etcbased on the fuzzy event probability expectation inferences and proofs.Secondly, this paper studied the main influence factors of price for second-handhousing characteristics, analyzed the various factors systematically combine withdata to understanding the interactions between various factors of real estate pricecomposition and the various factors, paved the way for the mathematical model.Finally, this paper introduced the fuzzy probability theory in the evaluation oftraditional research combined with the latest research results of fuzzy probability.Discussed application of fuzzy theory in the second-hand housing prices assessmentbased on the existing real estate appraisal theory, and established the fuzzymathematical model of the second-hand housing. The simulation example is given toillustrate the result and provide some references for the purchase of consumers, thedecision of developers and the policies of government.
