At present, the harm of dust in quarry is severity in China, and people pay more attentions to the management of dustproof. However, most of the dustproof evaluation is not developing in due form, or just consider a few factors, and there was not an effective evaluation for the whole dustproof measures before. Therefore, this paper try to take an integrative evaluation of the dustproof state in quarry from more point of views, such as the technological layout, dustproof technology, dustproof management and the dust hazard.First of all, on the basis of analysis to the production of the research of the dustproof evaluation in corporations and the characters of the quarry by previous, this paper bring forward the evaluation basics of the evaluation index system of the quarry dustproof, and took investigation from a few safety experts interiorly and some safety managers of corporations.Based on these investigation and the ideas from experts, this paper readjusted some basics, and increased some evaluation basics that should be important as the experts thought. The system was constituted of 4 first-level basics, 15 second-level basics, and 37 third-level basics. In allusion to the evaluation index system of the quarry dustproof, the paper solicited the experts'ideas again, and we got the points of the importance degree of each basic.Secondly, it should confirm the weight of each basic before we take an integrative evaluation. After we analyzed and contrasted the advantages of each method of the computing the weight, we take use of the AHP and Delphi to account all levels of index weight, and take the points in investigation agree with definition of importance degree of each index.And then, after we analyzed and contrasted several methods of integrative evaluation, we chose to use the fuzzy overall assessment to evaluate the evaluation index system of the quarry dustproof, and we design calculator assistant evaluation system. When input the fuzzy vector of each index through the user interface of the calculator assistant evaluation system, it will make a fuzzy operation automatically, and then we can get the grade membership of each index and the whole object, finally we can get the evaluation grade with the combination of the maximum subordination principle and weighted average principle.
