The thesis is a taxonomy study on the superfamily Psylloidea from SW-China. The research history, economic importance, zoogeography, morphology, materials and methods are summarized in the general account. Finally, 153 species of 41 genera in the 10 family of Psylloidea are recognized, among them, 6 species are new to science, 4 genera and 9 species are newly recorded from Guizhou Province; 1 family, 2 genera and 5 species are newly recorded from Yunnan Province; 1 genera and 2 species are newly recorded from Guizhou Province. Keys are given to all the family, genera and species taxa concerned. The new taxa, new records to SW-China in this study are listed as follows:New family record:Yunnan Province:Hemipteripsyllidae.New generic records:Guizhou Province:Paurocephala, Metapsylla, Carsitria, Pauropsylla.Yunnan Province:Mesohomotoma, Togepsylla.Sichuan Province:Carsitria.New specific records:Guizhou Province:Paurocephala bifasciata, Cacopsylla shaanxirubra, Cyamophila drypeticola, Cyamophila vicdfoliae, Metapsylla meliae, Homotoma radiatum, Carsitria zhaoi, Pauropsylla braconae, Macrohomotoma sinica.Yunnan Province:Togepsylla takahashii, Livia pinicola, Psylla maculiumbellatae,Mesohomotoma comphor, Macrohomotoma sinica.Sichuan Province:Carsitria zhaoi, Cyamophila viccifoliae.New spceies: Homotoma xingyiana, sp. nov., Homotoma rhombiani, sp. nov., Homotoma daozhenana, sp. nov., Bactericera longcona, sp. nov., Epitrioza guizhouanus, sp. nov., Triozidus chishuiana, sp. nov..The faunal structures of the SW-China Psylloidea at generic and specific levels were examined. 41 knwon genera constitute 9 types of distribution in Zoogeographic regions in the worlds. Among them, 9 genera are distributed in Oriental+Palaearctic region, which make up 53.7%, while 10 genera in Oriental region, accounting for 24.4%, respectively, 41 genera in total distribute in Oriental region, accounting for 100%, 31 genera in total distribute in Palaearctic region, accounting for 75.6%.It is clear that Oriental+Palaearctic genera make up the majority of the SW-china Psylloidea at generic level. All the known species constitute 27 types of distribution in seven Chinese Zoogeographic sub-region. Among them, 38 species are present only in Central China sub-region, 31 species in Southwestern China sub-region, 29 species in South China sub-region, 11 species in Central China+South China sub-region, accounting for 25%,20%,19% and 7.2%, respectively, the other types account only for a very low percentage. It is obviously that Oriental species make up the majority of the SW-China Psylloidea at specific level and the distribute mainly in Central China sub-region.The type and specimens studied were deposited in the Institute of Entomology of Guizhou University.
