The Research On The Construction Of High-quality Curriculum In Mechanics In Physics Department Of Normal Universities

The number of university students grows sharply because universities make expanding plan to recruit more students. Therefore, it becomes an urgent problem how to guarantee and improve teaching quality of higher education. Construction of High-quality curriculum is an important content of"teaching quality and teaching reform project for higher education institutions", and it is also the new action to solve the problems above.This paper selects Mechanics in physics teaching major as our focus. We make a research on the construction of High-quality curriculum by using survey,statistics and literature research technique. This paper also analyzes the necessity in the construction of High-quality curriculum, and discusses the relevant content about High-quality curriculum. It provides some theoretical materials and practical methods to the construction of Mechanics and other relevant courses; furthermore, it lays a foundation for deeper research.The first part is the research outline. It outlines background of this paper. This paper obtains the students'study condition about the mechanics curriculum through the survey. The research result gives a direction to make a study of courses. Our research intends to improve the teaching quality in Mechanics, and make a preparing work for the research in the construction of High-quality curriculum.The second part makes a research about the correlated factors in the construction of High-quality curriculum. The paper researches introduction class of Mechanics,higher mathematics,teaching methods and evaluating methods. Thus, it points out the problems of the Mechanics, and finds out corresponding measures to solve them. Then, it proposes the necessity of compiling study guide.The third part is research findings. We compiled syllabus of introduction class and formulates study guide of every chapter, basing on the Mechanics curriculum written by An shen Qi. Then we also compile the evaluating plan, according to appraisal theory.The fourth part is the summary and the reflections. It summarizes our research, and points out limitations.
