The effective bacteriostats were screened, and preliminary control microorganism contamination with those bacteriostats through the study of in-vitro bacteriostatis and the influence on seedlings growth was studied. The results showed that agricultural antibiotics 402, ethylicin, disinfectantl229 and cycloben disinfectant had obvious bacteriostasis on germs, yeasts and molds, and the bacteristatic spectrum was wide; chemical pesticide Junshabaoguo had both inhibitory effects on mycelium growth and spore germination; while Gentamycin Sulfate Injection had significant inhibition on bacteria and one kind of yeasts. The effect of bacteriostats on seedling growth showed: High concentration of Junshabaoguo inhibited the seedlings from growing up, while low concentration could promote the growth of the plant; Gentamycin Sulfate Injection, disinfectant1229 and cycloben disinfectant all inhibited the seedling growth significantly; as to the ethylicin, low concentration of which had no inhibitory effect on rooting number, but had strong inhibiton of seedling height, number of new buds and rooting length of Sorbus aucuparia. Contamination control showed that Junshabaoguo could effectively prevent seedling from pollution, but could not cure the infectant seedlings after soaking treatment. Gentamycin Sulfate Injection used in the culture media had bacteriostatic effect on contaminants of Prunsavium×Pruns pseudocerasus, while ethylicin had inhibition effect on infectant seedling of Sorbus aucuparia. And those bacteriostats compound had the higher uncontaminated rate comparing with single bacteriostat treatment.
