Vocational Education have double characters in education and economics, it is one of the important foundation for the development of both society and economy. As its cultivation target have already been widely discussed, based on the author's four years' teaching practice, this article try to use the popular Competency-Based education thinking for reference, synthetically exercise the method of document investigation, issue investigation, task case anatomy and experience generalization to research the realization of Competency-Based Education in physics teaching. This article is divided in five chapters.The first chapter has made an introduction to the domestic research situation on the Competency-Based Education, and put forward the its own research method; the second chapter discuss the cultivation target of foreign vocational education, and the profound change of the meaning of Competency-Based Education along with development of the society; the third chapter make the foundation that the target of Competency-Based Higher Vocational Education is equal to the Physics Teaching target of Higher Vocational Education, then analyses the status of Physics Teaching of Higher Vocational Education and problems in the teacher, student, course and teaching method. And then put forward the necessary of Thoughtway Education, practical education, subject permeation under the guidance of Competency-Based Education thinking; the fourth chapter probe into the significance of Thoughtway Education, practical education, subject permeation; teaching strategy and teaching principle on the basis of the author's personal teaching practice; account for the implement of Physics Thoughtway Education, practical education, subject permeation with the practical teaching case; the fifth chapter make a discuss on three aspect: strength the cultivation of Higher Vocational Teachers, teaching example preparation and appraisal system to realize the Competency-Based Education.
