With the development of global economic, the technology competition is vehement day by day. After China joining the WTO, in order to train the higher diathesis person that adapted to the development of economic and culture, bilingual teaching in high school has been given more and more attention. Now, bilingual teaching is a focus of reformation in high school.In the beginning of the article, the author introduces the concept, mode and class of bilingual education, and also the definition of bilingual education in China. In the second part, there are the summarizations of bilingual education in different countries around the world, based on that, the author makes a compare of bilingual education between China and other countries. In the third part, the main idea is about the fundamental theory of bilingual teaching of college physics: it analyzes the feasibility and necessary, the aim and significance of bilingual teaching of college physics;also, it gives the principles, object and evaluation system of bilingual teaching of college physics. In the fourth part, there is a sample of bilingual teaching of college physics- the practice of bilingual teaching of college physics in DLUT. The author first briefly introduces the case, then analyzes it and gives some suggestion about bilingual teaching of college physics. In the last part, there is the summarization of bilingual teaching of college physics. At the end of the article, the author describes the prospect of bilingual teaching of college physics in China in future.
