The cadastral information system is the multipurpose information system which issupported by the computer and temporal information technology.It serve theacquisition,alteration,efficiently collection,storage,disposal,output and transmissionof the cadastral information and the decision support.With the development ofinformation technology and the continually deepening of people's cognition,thecadastral information system has been constructed in our country for a longtime.Because of the complexity of the cadastral information system and the continuallydeepening of the cadastral management application,the system which had alreadyestablished don't meet fully the demand of the cadastral management application.It isbad pertinence.It don't accomplish the integrated cadastral management of the city andcountryside.It don't achieve the high effective share of the cadastral information. Based the problem above mentioned,the thesis has bring forward the concept of theintegration cadastral information system.Namely,It is the cadastral information systemwhich is built on the network environment,divided and ruled,integrated the cadastralmanagement of the city and countryside,realized the cadastral information higheffective share.Under this frame,the paper have researched the three respects of theintegration cadastral information system:overall framework,database design and systemexperimentation.Its main content is as follows: 1.On the overall framework,the paper has put forward the logic model of theintegration cadastral information system,and discussed the total framework from thethree respects:data integration,application integration and network integration.In therespect of data integration,the thesis has proposed the integration schema of thecadastral data based on the spatial database;In the respect of application integration, thepaper has refined the user group of the cadastral information system,respectivelyproposed the application schema of the system maintenance user, decision support user,routine official bussiness user and public user based on the application feature of thedifferent user group;In the respect of the network integration, the theses has designedthe solution of the network construstion and integration in respect to the departmentinterior,between the department and public access network. 2. On the database design,the paper has analyse the technical characterstics of theArcSDE and the Oracle Spatial,discussed the feature of the new spatial datamodel—ArcGIS Geodatabase.Also,the thesis has expatiated the problems in respect tothe database design,such as the sort system of the unification land use of the city andcountryside,the way of the spatial entity storage and the temporal informationorganization of the cadastral. On this basis,the paper has designed and built the databasemodel of the integration cadastral information system based on the UML. 3.On the system experimentation, the thesis has regard the parcel alterationapplication of the routine official bussiness user as an example,analyse the parcelspatial-temporal alteration type and designed the algorithm of the parcel alteration onthe basis of the constructed point set method.Moreover,the logical model of the parcelalteration function realization is bring forward based on the framework of J2EE,and theXML schema which transmit the parcel information is difined. Meanwhile,the paper hasdiscussed many problems,such as the EJB design of the J2EE application server,theformation and transmission of the XML document and the development of the storageprocedure on the database server.At final,the paper has realized the experimental systemof the parcel alteration.
