Study On Mutual Aid Contract Mechanism In China

How to deal with security accidents is a strong challenge for social organizations, especially when region experience an unexpected events, such as earthquakes. At that time, the mutual aid contract mechanism between government and inter-regional will play a very important role.Government and inter-regional mutual aid contract between different administrative areas is an effective mechanism to deal with emergency. The distribution relief resources of the aid contract can minimize the loss of disasters. This paper analyses the necessity of establishment and feasibility on the mutual aid contract mechanism, as well as the way to establish a fully expounded China's emergency mutual aid contract mechanism in less seismic zone.
