The education globalization is the impacted of the economy globalization. It is now part of our country's education strategy to train the elites with high level english ability and enhance the multiqualities of our english specialists. Our country needs a large number of high-quality talents and generalists with strong acdemic backgrouds and the english ability. Bilingual education can cultivate students with these purpose. Bilingual education therefore is the revolutionary point for our education reform.Physics is a basic nature science. The character of physics is objective. It is the objective recognizations of the world and nature. It is easy to take the bilingual teaching in physics subject, because this subject can be influenced less by the language itself than other social subjects.There are four parts in my paper. The first part is to introduce the definitons and the meanings of the bilingual education and bilingual teaching; the developments and the purposes of some westen countries, including Canada, America and Singapore, which achieved their goals of bilingual education as well as China, in order to confine the different needs berween westen countries and our country. The second part of the paper, from linguistics and ideology, language is the carrier of the idea, and idea needs language to express. Based on the closed relationship of language and idea, analyze the different thinking modes between English and Chinese. This is the prelusion befor we go further about using English as the second language to teach phusics subject. The third part, in the view of linguistics, find out the reasons between English and Chinese that affect chinese students with the thinking mode as the westeners from the differences in vocabularies, sentences and the passages of the two languages. These can be the practical theories for our country's bilingual plan. The fourth part, from the horizon of an individual, from the side of the wholely new way of teaching and the internatiopanal view, from the four elelements of pedagogy, I present my resolutions for the future in bilingual teaching area in how to train teachers, to select books, to use what kind of molde to teach, and to choose what kind of students as the semi-bilingual elites. Taking the four parts into consideration, I finish my paper. Hope to provide some useful points for our physics bilingual education, personally.
