Recycling remanufacturing supply chain management has become a new strategic model for modern enterprises, which can help enterprises achieve low pollution, low energy consumption, and sustainable development.Implementing recycling remanufacturing supply chain management in enterprises can not only bring economic benefits and improve their competitiveness, but also reduce the impact on the ecological environment during product production and sales, achieving sustainable economic development. Therefore,in an environment where consumer preferences are gradually increasing, enterprises’ requirements for the quality of used products are increasing, and the government intervenes in the low-carbon environmental protection behavior of enterprises, studying the pricing decision-making and coordination mechanism of the recycling remanufacturing supply chain has important theoretical and practical application value.Based on the relevant practical experience and research results at home and abroad, this dissertation uses a research method that combines theoretical analysis and numerical calculation to discuss the pricing decisions and coordination mechanisms of the recycling remanufacturing supply chain, taking into account consumer preferences, the quality of recycled products, and government behavior. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Aiming at the environment where the internet and remanufacturing industry are organically integrated, mainly considering consumer preferences for online sales models and pricing decisions on the quality of recycled products, and relying on the impact of logistics service levels and used product recycling publicity on various recycling channels,a game model for recycling remanufacturing pricing decisions for manufacturer,e-commerce retail platform, and third-party recycler has been established, and optimal pricing decisions, logistics service levels, advertising efforts for recycling of used products, and recycling rates have been obtained.Research shows that consumer preferences can significantly improve supply chain logistics service levels, pricing, market demand, and profits;Strengthening consumers’ understanding of the recycling remanufacturing of used products and improving the quality level of recycled products can not only reduce consumers’ purchase prices, expand consumer demand, but also improve the profits of supply chain members.(2)In an environment involving multiple manufacturers and multiple third-party recyclers,a multi-level competitive recycling remanufacturing supply chain game model was constructed, mainly considering the quality of recycled products and government subsidies. The optimal pricing decisions and performance levels of supply chain members in two models, namely, the cooperative game between manufacturers and third-party recyclers, and the manufacturer-led Stackelberg game, were discussed. The research finds that the quality of recycled products does not affect the pricing decisions in the forward supply chain, but is positively correlated with the recovery price, repurchase price, and overall profit of the supply chain in the reverse supply chain;Government subsidies can significantly improve supply chain efficiency, and the intensity of competition between manufacturers and the intensity of competition between recycled products will affect the pricing decisions and performance levels of the two models; The cost sharing coordination contract can achieve the optimal supply chain in the manufacturer dominated model, after coordination the profits of each member of the supply chain are improved, and the overall profits of the supply chain exceed the level of the manufacturer dominated model.(3)Under the influence of government mechanisms, mainly considering consumer and retailer preferences and the coordination role of the supply chain,a recycling remanufacturing supply chain model composed of manufacturer, retailer, and third-party recycler was constructed. The product pricing decisions, remanufacturing efforts, promotional service efforts, supply chain performance levels, and social welfare in centralized, manufacturer led,and government led situations were discussed. The study reveals that consumer and retailer preferences have an impact on product prices, manufacturer’s remanufacturing efforts, retailer’s promotional service efforts, and the distribution of market demand under the manufacturer’s dominance.Government subsidies and bonus-penalty mechanisms can encourage manufacturer and retailer to actively participate in recycling remanufacturing activities; The adoption of cost sharing contracts by manufacturer can encourage third-party recycler to carry out recycling activities and enhance market consumption;Under certain conditions, contracts can effectively improve supply chain efficiency and social welfare.(4)Aiming at the closed-loop supply chain of recycling remanufacturing in complex situations,a Stackelberg game model with manufacturer leading and retailer responsible for recycling is constructed, mainly considering the factors that consumers have different preferences for purchasing and paying for new products and remanufactured products,as well as the quality differences of recycled products;Combining government subsidies to consumers who participate in recycling and incentives to retailer for recycling, this dissertation studies the pricing decision-making model in an environment with government participation;By introducing a revenue sharing coordination contract to establish a supply chain coordination model, the pricing mechanism in the environment with government participation is studied. The results show that when consumers’ willingness to buy and pay for remanufactured products is close to that of newly manufactured products, the total profit of the supply chain significantly increases; The quality of recycled products affects both new and remanufactured product pricing decisions, which in turn affects product market demand;Government participation can encourage manufacturer, retailer, and consumers to actively participate in the recycling remanufacturing activities of used products, while supply chain coordination contracts can further enhance the role of the consumer market and promote the implementation of government policies;Under certain conditions, revenue sharing contract coordination can significantly improve the total profit of remanufacturing supply chain systems. This research enriches the theory of recycling remanufacturing supply chain management, expands the optimization strategies of supply chain members in a low-carbon and environmentally friendly environment, and reveals the impact of preferences, recycled product quality, and government behavior on pricing decisions and coordination mechanisms in the recycling remanufacturing supply chain. It provides an important theoretical basis and scientific basis for managers’ decision-making,consumer selection, and government formulation of relevant laws and regulations. |
