Coordination And Incentive Mechanism Of Reverse Supply Chain Based On The Auto Parts Recycling And Remanufacturing

With the development of economy and technology,the quantity of Urban Vehicle Ownership has a dramatic increase,leading scrap automobile and auto parts scrap accumulation,resulting in the problem of environmental pollution and resource waste.Recycling and Remanufacturing have resources efficiency,environmental efficiency,economic benefits and carbon emission reduction benefits.It is an effective measure to solve the problem of environmental pollution and resources waste that is caused by the auto parts,and it has caused highly concern in the international community.China as a superpower which has auto production and consumption,the government has introduced policy measures,laws and regulations to guide the auto parts Recycling and Remanufacturing,but the auto parts remanufacturing industry is still in its infancy.The main research contents and conclusions are summarized as follows.(1)Discuss the reverse supply chain pricing model based on remanufacturing by the Manufacturer or the professional Remanufacturer.Were constructed the Seller recycling,the Manufacturer dismantling,the Manufacturer remanufacturing(SMM)mode;the Seller recycling,the professional Disassembly dismantling,the Manufacturer remanufacturing(SDM)mode;the professional Disassembly recycling,the professional Disassembly dismantling,the Manufacturer remanufacturing(DDM)mode;the Seller recycling,the professional Disassembly dismantling,the Remanufacturer remanufacturing(SDR)mode;the professional Disassembly recycling,the professional Disassembly dismantling,the professional Remanufacturer remanufacturing(DDR)mode.With these models,the pricing strategies and the relationships among variables in different recycle modes are discussed.Finally,by calculating and comparing and analyzing examples,provide practical references for the pricing decision of supply chain members.(2)Research on analysis of government subsidy policy in reverse supply chain of auto parts recycling and remanufacturing.Simultaneously,study on incentive mechanism of enterprise members in reverse supply chain of auto parts recycling and remanufacturing.The government provide the linear subsidies to the supply chain's member through recovery rate and remanufacturing rate,which contribute to the development of reclaim mode.While,the supply chain's members make a comparison of the linear incentive contracts on the condition of symmetric and asymmetric information,and discuss risk aversion factor,market uncertainties and other factors.
