| Remanufacturing industry has been recognized as an efficacious method to support sustainable development because of its high resource utilization and low environmental pollution cost.In recent years,a series of remanufacturing subsidy policies launched by the government are characterized by multiple types,high amount and wide coverage,which also aggravates the financial burden of the government.Therefore,the thesis concentrates on the government level to explore the optimal mechanism of multiple subsidies for remanufacturing.In addition,in order to avoid the "competitive cannibalization" effect of remanufactured products and new products,manufacturers generally adopt the channel remanufacturing mode of direct online remanufactured products and offline retail new products.The thesis concentrates on the enterprise level when considering dynamic pricing and sales efforts;finally,simulation analysis has been carried out.The specific research content of the thesis is as follows:First of all,in the operation of remanufacturing supply chain considering the segmentation of consumer market,consider that the government adopts multiple remanufacturing subsidy policies,that is,on the one hand,it subsidizes the remanufacturing behavior of manufacturers,on the other hand,it subsidizes consumers to "old for new" or " old for remanufactured ".It is found that the government’s subsidy for remanufacturing will increase social welfare,and the subsidy proportion policy of unit waste products should be implemented,and the proportion of consumers who subsidize "old for new" is higher than that of "old for remanufacturing".In order to maximize social welfare,the government should not only expand the share of consumer surplus and enterprise profits in social welfare,but also concentrate on the market opportunity to increase remanufacturing subsidies.Manufacturers should comply with the policy guidance,increase the sales share of remanufactured products,and further promote the development of remanufacturing.Then,nonlinear dynamics and chaos theory are introduced to study the dynamic evolution process of pricing decision of sub channel sales remanufacturing supply chain model,study the impact of the change of price adjustment speed on manufacturers’ production,pricing strategy and profit.Manufacturers should periodically and dynamically adjust the prices of new products and remanufactured products,because when dynamic pricing is carried out,external factors may make it possible to change the production strategy,which is conducive to the timely transformation of enterprises and maintain market competitiveness;but be careful not to adjust prices too quickly.Ultimately,under the sub channel remanufacturing supply chain model,the thesis further studies the impact of the advertising effect caused by sales efforts on the profits of the supply chain over time.The profit trend is influenced by the initial advertising effect of the product,and will eventually stabilize to the optimal decision of sales effort and the influence coefficient of sales effort on advertising effect.The time critical value of the latest sales effort can be obtained by comparing sales effort with or without.The thesis provides references for the government to formulate remanufacturing subsidy policies and for enterprises to implement effective pricing and sales effort strategies in response to external uncertainties. |
