In the global environment of pursuing resource regeneration and environmental protection, and the background of the conversion of new and old kinetic energy, recycling and remanufacturing of wasted products has become a preferred solution to relieve the pressure on resources and the environment.China is a big country of textile and garment manufacturing and consumption. The research on the green supply chain of recycling and remanufacturing of wasted clothes is conducive to the sustainable and green development of the industry, which has great environmental and economic benefits. On the basis of relevant research results and practical experience analysis at home and abroad, this paper studies the decision-making problem in the recycling and remanufacturing green supply chain from the perspective of government and enterprises by combining theoretical modeling and numerical simulation. The main contents of this paper are as follows.(1)Based on consumers' garments preference,a promotion scheme of recycling and remanufacturing of wasted clothes under government subsidy strategy was proposed. When remanufactured garments first enter the market, consumers' willingness to pay for traditional and remanufactured garments is considered to be different.Based on the analysis of consumer surplus utility, the demand function of two kinds of clothing is constructed. The optimal decision-making of two kinds of clothing under the promotion model is obtained through the game theory method, and the profit before and after the promotion model is analyzed and compared. The government subsidy under the manufacturer's profit and the total social benefit is obtained. Finally, through numerical analysis,it is found that government subsidies and consumer acceptance have a greater impact on remanufactured clothing, while the impact on traditional clothing is more moderate.(2)When government subsidies for remanufactured clothing can make remanufactured garment profitable, two types of pricing strategies for remanufactured garment by garment manufacturers are analyzed and compared, namely differentiated pricing strategies and single pricing strategies. When consumers tend to prefer traditional garment and manufacturers are responsible for recycling wasted clothing, the profit model of garment enterprises under two pricing strategies is obtained. The optimal decision-making of enterprises is solved by using optimization theory. The results show that the pricing of traditional clothing under these two strategies is the same. The price of remanufactured clothing under the single pricing strategy is higher than the price of remanufactured clothing under the differential pricing strategy, and the total demand for clothing under the differential pricing strategy is greater than that of the single clothing. The total demand for clothing under the pricing strategy.Overall, the single pricing strategy for manufacturers is superior to the differentiated pricing strategy. This research enriched the content of remanufacturing green supply chain. It provided an idea for the garment industry to develop the circular economy, and also provided a theoretical basis for the decision-making of garment enterprises and the formulation of relevant laws and regulations by the government.
