Since the reform and opening up,with the acceleration of China’s urbanization,a large number of rural young and middle-aged people have migrated to cities, and the aging degree of rural population is becoming more and more serious. The pension problem of rural left behind elderly has become an important problem that needs to be solved urgently in China’s sustainable economic and social development. Therefore,we should analyze the various interpersonal, social relations, family structure, intergenerational relations, values, social participation and pension security of the rural left behind elderly in social life, understand the actual situation and pension experience of the rural left behind elderly in rural life, analyze the impact of various changes in rural areas on their pension, find out the problems and analyze their causes,Explore the practical value and theoretical significance. The original traditional single pension mode of"raising children and preventing the elderly" can no longer meet the practical needs of the elderly in rural areas. The number of rural left behind elderly people is increasing with the large number of rural young and middle-aged labor force going out.Facing the shortage of their own pension needs, how the left behind elderly people adjust their pension expectations, and what role their children play in the pension of the left behind elderly need to be further discussed. The way, process and action of providing for the aged often do not exist in isolation. It is often embedded in people’s established social and cultural forms and their long-term social life. The way of providing for the aged will be affected and restricted by these specific cultural and institutional arrangements. Therefore, based on the duality theory of social structure and welfare pluralism theory, this paper seeks the recognition and value shaping of the value of the left behind elderly in rural areas, and analyzes the impact of various changes in rural areas on the elderly care of the left behind elderly and their series of choices. The core issue of the empirical research part is to obtain the value choice behind the pension behavior of the rural left behind elderly in Kapu Township, and understand the impact of social transformation and the massive outflow of rural young and middle-aged labor force on the pension mode of the rural left behind elderly in micro families.Through the field visit and investigation in some areas,we have heard and witnessed the hardships and difficulties in the pension of the rural left behind elderly, and analyzed a series of difficulties and reasons faced by the rural left behind elderly. The reason why the rural left behind elderly have such a situation is not only related to the accumulation of disadvantages of the left behind elderly for a long time, but also closely related to this rapidly changing society, economy and culture. The weakening of traditional family pension has challenged the "back feeding" pension mode for thousands of years. The traditional authority, economic status and living space of the left behind elderly have been affected to varying degrees. The practice of"back feeding" pension mode often needs the premise that the elderly enjoy absolute control over family property. With the acceleration of social change and the popularization of the concept of rule of law,the original traditional authority has been weakened, replaced by the improvement of self-awareness of children and the weakening of pension function after family separation. The study found that the phenomenon of the left behind elderly in Kapu township is very prominent. The left behind elderly have become the main force of production and farming in the village. The elderly care has changed from "being supported" in the family or in raising children and preventing the elderly to"self-supporting" of the left behind elderly. With the increasing attention of the state to the elderly care problem,a variety of elderly care methods have been applied and accepted in rural areas, including family elderly care, self elderly care Social pension is reflected in the pension life of the left behind elderly. For the left behind elderly, facing the weakening of their own old-age security, they always adhere to the concept of "children first" in real life, and continue their old-age life through self adjustment and social integration. In order to better reveal the difficulties faced by the rural left behind elderly in the elderly care situation, the author mainly analyzes the elderly care needs of the rural left behind elderly from the aspects of labor force urban mobility, the awakening of individual rational autonomy and the exertion of initiative, and discusses it in combination with the three elderly care methods of family elderly care, self elderly care and social elderly care.At the same time,in the construction of diversified pension methods for the left behind elderly in rural areas,on the basis of adhering to the principles of government leadership, meeting needs and gradual progress, actively give play to the positive role of family, state and market in the pension security of the left behind elderly in rural areas, and improve the pension methods with family as the core The improvement of welfare pension led by the state and the market-oriented multi-form pension supplement are carried out from three aspects.By developing inclusive pension services and mutual pension, give play to the basic role of families in pension, support families to undertake pension functions, actively cultivate new pension formats, and pay attention to the combination of "soft constraints" and "hard arrangements",so as to promote the healthy development of pension for the left behind elderly in rural areas.
