| The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out :’ Implement a national strategy to actively respond to the aging of the population and develop the pension industry.’ China has entered the stage of deep aging.With the aggravation of population aging,the situation of population aging is becoming more and more serious.The aging of rural population also shows the phenomenon of empty nesting.The development of rural old-age care is slow,and the old-age care in rural areas is becoming more and more difficult.In recent years,the young and middle-aged population in Santai County has declined,the elderly population has increased year by year,and more than half of the rural left-behind elderly still continue to engage in agricultural production.The rural left-behind elderly have gradually become an important force in agricultural production,and the rural left-behind elderly as the main force of agricultural production.The contradiction between rural old-age care has become increasingly prominent.As a low-cost,socially supportive and spiritually comforting pension model,mutual assistance pension can effectively solve many problems in the current rural traditional pension,and has gradually become the primary choice for the elderly in rural areas.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out :’ Implement a national strategy to actively respond to the aging of the population and develop the pension industry.’ China has entered the stage of deep aging.With the aggravation of population aging,the situation of population aging is becoming more and more serious.The aging of rural population also shows the phenomenon of empty nesting.The development of rural old-age care is slow,and the old-age care in rural areas is becoming more and more difficult.In recent years,the young and middle-aged population in Santai County has declined,the elderly population has increased year by year,and more than half of the rural left-behind elderly still continue to engage in agricultural production.The rural left-behind elderly have gradually become an important force in agricultural production,and the rural left-behind elderly as the main force of agricultural production.The contradiction between rural old-age care has become increasingly prominent.As a low-cost,socially supportive and spiritually comforting pension model,mutual assistance pension can effectively solve many problems in the current rural traditional pension,and has gradually become the primary choice for the elderly in rural areas.The results show that among the demographic characteristics,whether to engage in agricultural production is negatively correlated with the willingness of rural left-behind elderly to support each other;among the family factors,the degree of family support for the elderly ’s mutual support for the elderly is positively correlated with the willingness of the rural left-behind elderly to support the elderly;among the social support factors,the mutual support pension policy is positively correlated with the willingness of rural left-behind elderly to support each other,the support degree of village organizations for mutual support pension is positively correlated with the willingness of rural left-behind elderly to support each other,and the local medical infrastructure conditions are positively correlated with the willingness of rural left-behind elderly to support each other;among the behavioral cognitive factors,the degree of concern about the pension problem is positively correlated with the willingness of the rural left-behind elderly to support each other;among the factors of pension demand,the degree of loneliness is positively correlated with the willingness of rural left-behind elderly to support each other,and the satisfaction of current pension life is positively correlated with the willingness of rural left-behind elderly to support each other.On this basis,the study found that there are some problems in the mutual support of rural left-behind elderly in Santai County,such as low public recognition of rural mutual support,single rural mutual support model,insufficient government support for mutual support,and weak construction of mutual support institutions.Finally,this paper puts forward policy suggestions from the aspects of improving the public society ’s recognition of mutual pension,expanding the mutual pension model of rural left-behind elderly in Santai County,strengthening the government ’s policy support for mutual pension,and improving the construction of mutual pension institutions.In order to further promote the development of mutual pension in Santai County of Mianyang City,promote the active participation of rural left-behind elderly in rural agricultural construction,provide reference value,and contribute to the development of agricultural production and rural pension in Santai County. |
