| "Blockchain technology" and "Agroecological product supply chain governance" are important themes in China’s economic and social development.Ensuring the supply of agroecological products and improving the supply chain governance of agro-ecological products are necessary measures to meet people’s needs for a better life.The report to the 19 th National Congress calls for providing more quality ecological products to meet people’s growing needs for a beautiful environment.In 2018,the No.1 Central Document clearly proposed to "increase the supply of agro-ecological products and services." The No.1 Central Document from 2019 to 2023 has also laid out the layout of "agricultural green products","ecological agricultural products" and "agricultural green development".Agricultural ecological products supply chain governance has practical problems,science and technology is an important guarantee of stable supply of agricultural ecological products,promoting the integration of advanced science and technology and agricultural development is an important support of modern agricultural development,and an important direction of agricultural development in our country.In 2020,the No.1 central document proposed to "accelerate the application of blockchain and other modern information technologies in the agricultural field." Blockchain is a modern science and technology frontier that integrates the features of decentralization,imtamability and underlying openness.Making full use of the characteristics of blockchain technology can promote the data sharing in the field of agro-ecological product supply chain,and promote the integrated development of blockchain technology and agro-ecological product supply chain governance.This study focuses on two major themes of blockchain technology and agroecological products supply chain governance,and conducts coupling research on blockchain technology and agroecological products supply chain governance.Centering on the core of "the coupling of blockchain technology and agroecological products supply chain governance",the analysis is carried out according to the rigorous logic of "Research Basis","Theoretical Exploration","Application Analysis",and "Countermeasures and Suggestions".Firstly,the paper analyzes the literature support,concept definition,theoretical support,current situation and problems of the research,and preliminarily explains the possibility and practical needs of the coupling of the two.Secondly,the coupling theory of blockchain technology and agroecological products supply chain governance was constructed,and the coupling mechanism,coupling mechanism and coupling mode were deeply discussed,laying a theoretical foundation for the coupling practice.Then,combined with the reality,the application prospect of blockchain technology and agroecological products supply chain governance coupling was discussed,the advantages and opportunities of coupling were analyzed,and the willingness of the main body of agroecological products supply chain governance was discussed.Finally,based on the conclusion of the research,it provides countermeasures and suggestions for the government,enterprises and farmers.Main achievements and work are:(1)Research basis of the coupling of blockchain technology and agroecological products supply chain governance,including Chapters 1,2 and 3.Analyze the practical background,research significance,literature support and innovation of the coupling of blockchain technology and agroecological products supply chain governance;Define the core concept and analyze the basic theory to provide early theoretical guidance for the research;The present situation of blockchain technology and agroecological products supply chain governance is respectively presented,the role of blockchain technology on the key point of agroecological products supply chain governance--stable operation is analyzed,and the value of the coupling of the two is preliminarily explained.(2)Theoretical exploration on the coupling between blockchain technology and agroecological products supply chain governance,including Chapters IV,V and VI.Combined with technological progress and the reality of agroecological products supply chain governance,the coupling mechanism,coupling mechanism and coupling mode of blockchain technology and agroecological products supply chain governance were explored by theoretical analysis and model deduction,and the coupling theoretical system of blockchain technology and agroecological products supply chain governance was preliminarily constructed.The coupling mechanism analysis part discusses the coupling motivation,coupling and relationship between blockchain technology and agroecological products supply chain governance.The results show that:(1)There are internal and external factors for the coupling of the two factors.Economic interest drive and the change of the main body relationship of the supply chain of agro-ecological products are the internal driving forces,and the external support of the government and the public’s demand for agro-ecological products are the external driving forces.(2)The coupling analysis of characteristic dimension and multidimensional governance of blockchain technology and agroecological product supply chain governance found that blockchain plays a role in the whole process of agroecological product supply chain governance,ensures the validity of data,provides the possibility for government and public supervision,expands the governance path of agroecological product supply chain,and promotes the stable operation of agroecological product supply chain.(3)Analysis of the interaction between blockchain technology and agroecological products supply chain governance shows that there is a positive bidirectional dynamic feedback effect between blockchain technology and agroecological products supply chain governance,and the coupling of the two has a positive effect.In the section of coupling mechanism analysis,the objective of mechanism construction,mechanism characteristics and specific mechanism contents are discussed.The study found:(1)The construction of the coupling mechanism between blockchain technology and agroecological products supply chain governance aims to give full play to the advantages of blockchain technology,realize information sharing and promote the risk sharing and reasonable profit distribution of different subjects in the supply chain under the premise of protecting the commercial privacy of agroecological products.On this basis,expand the product demand information expression at the market demand end.Guide the orderly supply of agricultural ecological products with the change of demand;(2)Characteristics of the coupling mechanism between blockchain technology and agroecological products supply chain governance include system,complexity and stability;(3)The coupling mechanism framework of blockchain technology and agroecological products supply chain governance includes information sharing mechanism,risk control mechanism,benefit sharing mechanism and collaborative innovation mechanism.In the coupled model analysis part,the traditional supply chain governance model of agroecological products and its problems,the role and construction of blockchain technology and agroecological products supply chain governance model were discussed.The results showed that:(1)The traditional supply chain governance model of agroecological products included free transaction governance model,core leadership governance model and multiple collaborative governance model.The opportunism caused by information asymmetry affected the stability of the traditional supply chain governance model of agroecological products.(2)The coupling model of blockchain technology and agroecological products supply chain governance can alleviate supply chain information constraints and optimize agroecological products supply chain governance;(3)The coupling model of blockchain technology and agroecological products supply chain governance aims to promote the development of agroecological products supply chain governance towards high efficiency,orderiness,scale,specialization and organization;(4)The coupling model infrastructure and hierarchy of blockchain technology and agroecological products supply chain governance were analyzed from three aspects: node subject,supply chain three-flow and main function,and the coupling model hierarchy included business layer,blockchain application layer and physical layer.(5)The coupling mode of blockchain technology and agroecological products supply chain governance has advantages of improving information security,information authenticity and supply chain transaction efficiency.(3)Realistic analysis of the coupling between blockchain technology and agroecological products supply chain governance,including Chapter 7.By integrating theoretical analysis,evolutionary game analysis,questionnaire survey,selection experiment and econometrics,this paper explores the practical opportunities and advantages of the coupling between blockchain technology and agroecological products supply chain governance,discusses the intention of the main body of agroecological products supply chain governance to apply blockchain technology,and provides practical support for the coupling realization.The results showed that:(1)The coupling of blockchain technology and agroecological product supply chain governance has policy,technology and internal potential opportunities.It has the advantages of promoting technological innovation of agroecological product supply chain,improving the effectiveness of agroecological product supply chain support policies,promoting the integration of internal advantages of agroecological product supply chain,and improving the risk avoidance ability of agroecological product supply chain.(2)The coupling scenarios of blockchain technology and agroecological product supply chain governance include the application of Internet of Things technology,construction of eco-agriculture big database,optimization of product traceability system,agricultural financial support,agricultural insurance guarantee,and main body connection,and the practice is carried out.(3)The main body of agroecological products supply chain governance has a high willingness to the application of blockchain technology,and the coupling of blockchain technology and agroecological products supply chain governance has the main body support.(4)Suggestions for the coupling of blockchain technology and agricultural ecological product supply chain governance,combined with the previous analysis conclusions,to conduct a coupling implementation strategy analysis.Based on the analysis of coupling mechanism,propose suggestions for coupling implementation:(1)Increase the external support of the government;(2)Establish a sound regulatory system based on blockchain technology.Based on the analysis of coupling mechanism,propose suggestions for coupling implementation:(1)Improve blockchain infrastructure and promote technological innovation;(2)Unleash the spirit of enterprise and innovation capabilities.Based on the analysis of coupling mode,suggestions for the realization of coupling are put forward:(1)building a talent system and improving intellectual support;(2)Promote knowledge popularization and promote technology promotion.Based on the analysis of coupling applications,suggestions for coupling implementation are proposed:(1)Promoting the construction of agricultural ecological product supply chain collaboration mechanisms;(2)Enhance farmers’ willingness to apply blockchain technology through multiple channels.This research is a cutting-edge Exploratory research research on the integration of blockchain technology and economic and social development,and has expanded in research themes,perspectives,methods and theoretical contributions.However,due to the early application of blockchain technology,the early theory of the coupling between blockchain technology and agricultural ecological product supply chain has not been formed,and relevant data is difficult to obtain,and the accumulation of literature in the early stage is insufficient,resulting in many limitations in the research.Therefore,the focus of this study is to construct a theory on this cutting-edge topic and analyze its early applications,in order to provide theoretical support for further research and practical implementation.The shortcomings in data and empirical analysis also provide ideas and directions for the author’s further in-depth research in the future.Once there is progress in data and practice,a more in-depth analysis will be conducted. |
