Organic agricultural products are increasingly sought after by the market and favored by consumers.The “Central Document No.1 of 2022” emphasized that we should strengthen the certification and management of organic agricultural products,increase the supply of high-quality green agricultural products,and meet the people's yearning for a better life.However,the inside and outside of the organic agricultural products supply chain have serious trust problems.First,the organic agricultural products supply chain has high trust cost and information asymmetry,so the phenomenon of default is common.Second,due to the imperfect development of Chinese organic certification system,weak market supervision,false certification,and so on,shoddy and forged labels of organic agricultural products occur from time to time,causing losses to consumers.At present,blockchain has the characteristics of collective maintenance and tamperproof,which provides an opportunity to solve the trust crisis of organic agricultural products.The organic agricultural products supply chain system based on blockchain technology can establish system trust and technical trust,and strengthen the supervision and governance of organic agricultural products.In this case,we introduced blockchain technology and combined it with emerging technologies such as the Internet of things,cloud computing,and edge computing to creatively solve the problem of information asymmetry,so as to resolve the trust crisis of organic agricultural products supply chain,and carried out the following specific research:(1)Design the architecture of the organic agricultural products supply chain system based on blockchain technology.The organic agricultural products supply chain system based on blockchain technology can track and trace products and information,and solve the trust problem caused by information asymmetry.Therefore,we combine blockchain technology with the Internet of things,cloud computing,and edge computing to design the system architecture of the organic agricultural products supply chain.We use the cloud-edge system,explore the advantages of cloud and edge,and study the collaboration between cloud-edge and blockchain technology.In addition,the participants of the organic agricultural products supply chain are divided into four subjects to propose a novel consensus mechanism.(2)Design the diversified supervision mechanisms of the organic agricultural products supply chain system.In order to further improve the supervision effect of the organic agricultural products supply chain system based on blockchain and realize the integration of organic traceability and supervision,we propose three supervision mechanisms of the supply chain system,including security deposit mechanism,fraud punishment mechanism,and reputation scoring mechanism.We construct an evolutionary game model between the producer group and the processing enterprise group.We analyze the decisions and strategic choices of the two parties under the ternary supervision mechanism and use the real data of Wuchang rice as an example to carry out the numerical simulation.The research results indicate that the embedded blockchain can improve the trust relationship between producers and processing enterprises,promote honest transactions.It also improves the level of pre-event and post-event governance of the organic supply chain and promotes the application of blockchain technology.(3)Compare the supply chain mode based on blockchain technology.The rise of the organic agricultural products supply chain system has broken the traditional supply chain mode of organic agricultural products,forming new supply chain modes such as the blockchain certification traceability mode and blockchain e-commerce mode.However,quantitative methods are rarely used to verify whether the new models of organic agricultural products supply chain formed by blockchain technology can increase supply chain benefits.Therefore,this paper uses the stackelberg game model to compare the supply chain revenue and consumer surplus of the traditional organic agricultural products supply chain mode,the blockchain certification traceability mode,and the blockchain e-commerce mode.The data of “Xiangshan Red Beauty” orange is for simulation,which proves that the blockchain e-commerce mode is a good supply chain mode under the condition of high shopping convenience and low operating cost of the blockchain platform.
