Research On The Strategy Of Cooperative Education Of Ideological And Political Work Of Postgraduates In The New Era

Graduate Education is at the top of the national education sequence,and plays an important role in cultivating innovative talents and improving innovative ability.Ideological and political work is an important part of graduate education,it is the key links to implement the fundamental task of setting up moral tree and to improve the quality of graduate education.It is related to the basic problem of what kind of person to cultivate,how to cultivate and for whom to cultivate in graduate education.The system of the ideological and political work of graduate students is weak,and there are some problems such as lack of ideological understanding,weak working force,imperfect system and mechanism,etc.It has not yet fully met the requirements and standards of our country.At the same time,China has entered a new era and the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation has put forward new requirements and standards for the comprehensive quality of talents.The supply of ideological and political work for postgraduates can not fully meet the urgent needs of the growth of postgraduates,so it is necessary to optimize the operation process of ideological and political work for postgraduates,to promote the interaction and mutual promotion of different elements,and form a combined force for educating people,to improve the systematic effectiveness of the ideological and political work of graduate students.The various elements of the ideological and political work of postgraduates are closely connected and inseparable as a whole.To strengthen the research on the strategy of joint education of graduate ideological and political work is beneficial to solve the problem of valuing intellectual education but over moral education,valuing academic education over ideological and political work,which is the innovative development of ideological and political work of postgraduates.This paper integrates the research methods of philosophy,sociology,pedagogy,psychology and so on,carries on the cross-study,and mainly adopts the literature analysis method and the method of theoretical derivation.This paper objectively analyzes and excavates the cooperative education strategy of graduate students’ ideological and political work,and makes systematic analysis and induction.The cooperative education strategy of the postgraduate student ideological and political work is systematic education method to promote the each part,each stage,each element of graduate student ideological and political work coordinating mutually,joining mutually,affecting mutually,promoting mutually,and then form a systematic process of the greatest educational cooperation,which includes three levels: all-member,whole process and all-round educational cooperative strategy.They are both independent and interrelated,with the purpose of clear responsibility of the main educators,systematic and orderly of content,co-oriented cooperation of the educational vectors and orderly connection of the every process and part.The strategy of the cooperative education of the postgraduate student ideological and political work is oriented to better realize the goal of cooperative education of graduate ideological and political work,and it is an orderly arrangement and overall coordination of the process elements of graduate ideological and political work,with the characteristics of hierarchy,integrity,cooperativity and expansibility,it should designe the core elements of cooperative education strategy such as endogenous motivation,interpenetrating force,penetration force and development force from the inside and outside two aspect.It is found that there are three kinds of objective contradictions in the ideological and political work of postgraduates: The contradiction between the social demands and the ideological and political educators,the contradiction between the educators and the postgraduates,and the contradiction between the internal needs of the postgraduates and the supply-side ability,however,the practice of ideological and political work of graduate students is faced with problems such as the separation of moral education from intellectual education,the lack of comprehensive educational vectors,the independence of educators,and the gap between the College students and graduates ideological and political work.In accordance with the new requirements of the state on the ideological and political work system of constantly optimizing the system and mechanism,strengthening the overall planning of educational content,promoting the coordination of educational vectors,and making overall plans for the linkage of academic stages,to coordinate and promote the link of each part to form a close,coordinate and control each factor to play a role in the same direction,and effectively promote the unity of belief and ability growth of graduate students.According to the objective contradictions and laws in the process of ideological and political work for postgraduates,the outstanding problems they face,and the requirements of the Party and the state,we should focus on the following four aspects to achieve the breakthrough of the strategy of the cooperation in the ideological and political education of graduate students: Graduate ideological and political work integrated into the whole process of scientific research and training,the collaborative promotion of ideological and political courses,curriculum ideological and political work and daily ideological and political work,the coordinated governance of “mentor ideological and political work” and“counsellor ideological and political work”,and the integration process of graduate and undergraduate ideological and political work.Firstly,Graduate ideological and political work integrated into the whole process of scientific research and training.The strategy of serving the country sincerely,the scientific research quality of innovation,truth seeking and the objective and dialectical scientific research ability of postgraduates.Secondly,the collaborative
