Research On The Ideological And Political Work Of Postgraduates In Shihezi University Of Xinjiang University As An Example

Xinjiang is located in the northwest border of China,which is an important part of China's territory.Its international and domestic situations are particularly complex.On the one hand,Western hostile forces see Xinjiang as the position to declare their Western system;on the other hand,Xinjiang is also the main area where the "three forces" infiltrate wildly.They both aim to create social panic and thus to split our country.Universities are not only an important territory to disseminate and guide the mainstream values,but also a place to publicize our Party's fundamental policies and educational policies.Postgraduate education is in the highest position in China's education level,and is the representative of higher education in China.Universities should first improve and shape postgraduates' ideological and political theory level and hierarchical structure to exercise and improve their ideological and political quality.Secondly,Universities should consolidate postgraduates' professional knowledge accumulation.The ultimate goal of higher education is to cultivate a high-level,high-theoretical talent.A stable social situation is the basis and prerequisite for planning and implementing all other work.Xinjiang should first achieve social stability,and then carry forward the development of various undertakings in a stable situation,and promote the long-term stability of the country.Under the overall goal of achieving social stability in Xinjiang and long-term security in our nation,the challenges and responsibilities faced by universities in Xinjiang are enormous and unprecedented.On the one hand,Xinjiang Universities should actively guide postgraduate students to accumulate professional knowledge,increase their professional reserves and become useful persons in our society,so as to devote themselves to the socialist modernization construction;on the other hand,Xinjiang Universities should actively guide postgraduate students to recognize the national conditions and Xinjiang's special conditions,so that postgraduate students' mainstream value orientation is correct and they can be an important force to promote the construction of various national undertakings.The effectiveness of postgraduates' Ideological and political education in Xinjiang universities largely determines the construction of socialist modernization and social stability in Xinjiang,as well as the long-term stability of the country.There are five parts in this paper:Introduction,This part mainly starts from the research background and research significance of the ideological and political education of postgraduates.On the basis of collecting domestic and foreign research literature on the ideological and political education of postgraduates,this paper focuses on combing the current situation of the ideological and political education of Postgraduates in Xinjiang universities,and then summarizes and analyses it to sort out the research methods of this paper.The achievements will further serve the ideological and political education of Postgraduates in Xinjiang universities.The first chapter,It defines the following three concepts: Ideological and political education,ideological and political work and ideological and postgraduates' political education.Secondly,on the basis of literature research on Ideological and political education of postgraduates,this paper traces back to find out the theoretical basis of Ideological and political education of postgraduates in Xinjiang universities.That is,Marx's theory on the nature of human beings,Marx's on the all-round development of human beings,Marx's theory on dialectical relationship between social existence and social consciousness.Finally,It will discuss the importance of strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of Postgraduates in Xinjiang universities from three aspects.The second chapter,on the basis of the research on the ideological and political education of postgraduates,in order to have a better understanding of the situation of Ideological and political education of postgraduates in Xinjiang universities,this paper designs the questionnaire and interview outline(student version and teacher version)of the ideological and political quality of Postgraduates in Xinjiang universities and the current situation of the ideological and Political Education of postgraduates in Xinjiang universities,and takes Shihezi University as an example.The interviews were conducted with postgraduates and teachers of Shihezi University.Based on the analysis and induction of the questionnaire and interview results,this paper finds out the achievements and shortcomings of Ideological and political education of Postgraduates in Xinjiang universities,and then analyses the existing problems of Ideological and political education of postgraduates in Xinjiang universities.The third chapter,based on the analysis of the ideological and political quality of postgraduates in Xinjiang universities and the current situation of Ideological and political education of postgraduates in Xinjiang universities,summarizes the problems existing in the ideological and political education of graduate students in Xinjiang universities.And from the following three aspects to analyze the problems of postgraduates' ideological and political education in Xinjiang universities: the impact and influence of the social macro-environment on the ideological and political education of graduate students in Xinjiang universities,the teachers' inadequate in the education of postgraduates in Xinjiang universities,and postgraduates are not attach much importance to their own ideological and political education.The forth Chapter,according to the attribution analysis of the ideological and political education of Postgraduates in Xinjiang University in the last chapter,puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures to strengthen and improve postgraduates' ideological and political education of in Xinjiang University.The following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: to establish the goal of postgraduates' Ideological and political education in Xinjiang universities,to enrich the content of postgraduates' Ideological and political education in Xinjiang universities,to broaden the implementation channels of Ideological and political education in Xinjiang universities,and to improve the mechanism of postgraduates' Ideological and Political Education in Xinjiang universities..
